Product is always very reliable and well designed. We have had issues with other couplings but never had an issue with Ruland couplings.

Nothing to talk about. Pretty straight forward. Quick clamp shat clamp arrived on time, no complaints.

It took some looking to find these guys, but they had exactly what I needed and made it super simple to make sure I got it right. Fair price and fast delivery! What more could you ask for?

We are yet to receive our items (now several weeks since ordered / despatched) due to the inefficiency of UPS - - we have had to chase them up on a daily basis and, in fact; we had to severally prompt them to check why the delay and ultimately (after over a week!!) send us a Customs Duty Assessment demand note (which we settled/paid) . This was over a week ago and we are still daily chasing up for the release and delivery of our goods. this is not the first time that we have such issues with Ups.
