We are yet to receive our items (now several weeks since ordered / despatched) due to the inefficiency of UPS - - we have had to chase them up on a daily basis and, in fact; we had to severally prompt them to check why the delay and ultimately (after over a week!!) send us a Customs Duty Assessment demand note (which we settled/paid) . This was over a week ago and we are still daily chasing up for the release and delivery of our goods. this is not the first time that we have such issues with Ups.

Ruland manufacturing is a great resource for high quality machined parts like the aluminum split shaft collars with two flat mounting tapped holes - that I recently purchased. When you check out their shaft collars there is so much variety with both metric and English dimensions for the ID, OD, thickness, thread size and thickness. Shipping of these collars was free and the workmanship was excellent. They were well packaged and shipped on time. I recommend Ruland shaft collars along with other products that they manufacture and sell on their website.
