The accuracy and finish were well beyond expectations. These threaded split collars save a lot of time building our tie rod based equipment. We previously had to thread 5/8” nuts and washers as needed along 4 or 6 tie rods. This speeds up assembly

Shipped well. Product as described. We use on a 1k rpm motor and other than some needed interior ribbing to grab the shaft better, the product performs as described. seems balanced as there is no vibrations.

The only complaint that I have would be that it seems every time I order this product, it is out of stock and takes several weeks to arrive.

Ordering parts online and initial delivery experience was excellent. However, I had to return the original parts that I ordered and buy a different size. I was given an RMA number and returned the parts, but I have not received any further notification about the status of my return in 2 months. I have not been credited back any money or been given a reply after a follow-up email. Make sure you order the part you really need the first time.

I would of given a 5 star but part of my order never shipped but yet I was billed for the full price. The packing list said it shipped, but one item(qty 7) wasn't delivered.
