I've ordered too many and needed to return the extras

Still waiting for my new Tundra to arrive; however, the BA2 is just what I’ve been searching for. One of your reps advised that there shouldn’t be any problem with the bolts on the “bolt plates” that are not perpendicular. Looking forward to the installation & results.

I am very happy with my purchase. I am waiting to hear back for customer support. I am missing one upper rear arm metal bushing sleeve. They had sent me another upper rear very quickly and I am grateful for the promptness. But they had not the metal bushing sleeve. I am sure it was a mistake. That’s the only reason I gave it a four out of five stars.

Wife bought me fog lights for Christmas for my truck. Only the mounts and wiring showed up. RC was super quick to remedy the situation, no questions asked. Supposed to show up today. Much appreciated RC!!!

When receiving the shipment the box was heavily ripped and tapped, one of the spring isolator spacers was missing, I contacted rough country and they shipped a replacement out same day, I was very happy with the customer service response, I would purchase again in the future .

Service was quick, and they sent me a new bed cover after the screws were strip! They warranty and customer service is top notch!

I have to say, the customer service , I believe the gentleman s name was, Blake May, is some of the best customer service care in the industry. I had a damaged running board, probably from the shipping company. Blake was extremely helpful and had me a new one in less than 24 hrs. I received the first trailer hitch for my 2023 Wrangler Willys and it was a bit sub-standard, paint and rust. I contacted Rough Country and they quickly sent a second one that was much better. I bolted it on today and it fit great. Thanks for the second trailer hitch!

From purchase to install everything went perfect. I Messed up on address emailed roughcountry they fixed it for me and I had the item two days later put it on and was fairly easy. Would highly recommend

I mistakenly did not notice when we were missing part of my husband's Christmas gift. A quick call the day after Christmas, and the missing piece was back out the door and delivered two days later! Thank you so much for the help, and the quick turnaround.

I reached out to RC about the hardware for a steering stabilizer mount that had an erroneous issue and they fixed it immediately. Though it was RC, I bought it through another off-road vendor and they just verified the product and made it right. The steering stabilizer has been performing great! I’d recommend RC to all for both product and customer care. Thanks y’all.

I had a problem with the roof rack and the customer service was awesome. They fixed it in less than a minute and sent us a completely new and fixed set. I'm more than happy with the treatment and the solution. Thanks again. I'll definitely buy many more things here.
