I ordered multiple modifications recently 8 items at once) and all but two items arrived two days later! The other items arrived three days after. Everything looks great on my Jeep!!!

The procedure to find what I was looking for was very user friendly on the RC website. Along the way I had a few questions which were answered quickly and very informative responses both with email and direct phone calls. My 2" lift is on the my F150 and I can't believe how great the ride feels with new coil overs installed and 1" block and rear shocks. Super stoked. Thank you Rough Country for your help.

I recently received a shipment of lug nuts for my Sequoia. The box was damaged during shipment. Consequently, a couple of lug nuts were missing. I contacted customer service and the missing pieces were promptly shipped to me. Wonderful service.

The plate where the filter goes didn't fit properly I had to put different screws and make different holes , but everything came out ok.

I ordered a set of Rough Country Fender Well Liners through one of your sellers and when I opened the box and separated the liners I found that no hardware kit was present with the delivery. There were shipping labels on the liners that suggested that the set had been returned by previous customer for some reason, so maybe they have a set of installation hardware. That night I used the 'Contact Us' page on the Rough Country website, explained what I ordered and requested the missing hardware be mailed to me. The next morning I had 3 emails from Brandon at Rough Country explaining that he had (1) received my request, (2) he had placed an order for the parts on my behalf, and (3) advising me that the hardware kit was in the shipping department to be delivered to my address. I received the hardware kit and installation instructions just few days later. When I installed the wheel well liners, every hole lined up perfectly, every piece of hardware installed smoothly and without fuss. I think it took me more time to clean up the wheel wells that it did to install the liners. Thank you Rough Country, and thank you Brandon, for such quick and accurate service in making this order complete!
