I ordered a WM Doll 174 G cup (1700€~), the skeleton broke completely around the waist after less than 2 months after receiving it. I received a "sorry to hear that" from Rosemarydoll after I reported that. Also I just asked them to delete all my data after this report. They still couldnt. Im waiting for almost 2 months now for that, without them telling me why its taking so long. Other companies do it in 1 day. This is not a "angry" rating, but rather honest and appropriate i think. I give two 2 stars for the nice service before the order (but it seems its just 1 star they deserve the way they handle your requests after the order. . ), -2stars(at least. . ) for the broken 1700€ doll, -1for the still unsolved data request. Can you at least delete all my data now and send me a confirmation please?

The doll is incredible, the shape and the softness of the skin are impressive. It's not a lightweight doll, as its 40 kg weight requires the person handling it to in good physical health. But this is not a problem because the doll gives us that motivation.
