We were worried about this with all the talk of scams. There is notifications and communications the whole time as there are milestones in the completion of the product, shipping to country, and then shipping within nation. The details of the doll are amazing. We have him sitting in the bathroom and both jump when we walk in because it looks so real.

This is my first doll purchase from RSD and i'm glad to say I had a smooth experience with them. I've purchased from a couple other reputable vendors and have also had good experiences. I would have liked to give the Rosemary Doll website a higher rating. There are many great things about the company. However, honest advertising is a must in my book. I feel like the advertising for their “Spring Sale” was misleading. The front page promo showed “Special Gifts - FREE 2ND HEAD, Free Rosemary Doll TPE/Silicone Care Kit ($99) & FREE UPGRADE BODY ADD-ONS* & Premium Outfit For Free) for you. In addition, every order will be offered an extra 10% discount!” With the discount and free goodies, it was starting to look like a pretty good deal! The next day after I had placed my order, I realized that I wasn’t given the option to select a free 2nd head during checkout. I contacted Customer Service and received a polite reply explaining that the free 2nd head promotion did not apply for the product I ordered. No premium outfit was offered either. The customer service representative sent me a link to a page showing which bonus items were available for each brand of doll. That was disappointing to me, and seemed misleading. There was nothing in the text on the main page promoting the sale that excluded certain products from free promotional items. The advertising made it seem like each order would receive all of the listed items. The only one of those special gifts that actually applied to my order was an automatic cleaning/drying device. Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited about that bonus item. I would have been thrilled to have that as my bonus. But I do not like the fact that the front page advertised additional items that I only found out after the fact I didn’t qualify for. (I did get the advertised 10% discount, so that was nice. ) To make matters worse, I haven’t even received the cleaning device. Apparently it is on back order in the US. After inquiring, I was told it will ship after April 20th, and I still haven’t received a shipping notification as of today (April 26th). I remain hopeful that I will eventually receive it. Ordering from them was easy, ...
