Customer service was and is still excellent, they politely answer your questions and encourage you to keep asking them for advice or any issue you may have even after receiving your Doll. First time buying one and I totally recommend this site. About the Doll she looks exactly as seen in the pictures, pretty face, nice rear, soft skin, amazing breasts. Details are great, hands, collar bones, feet, etc. Keep in mind it's weight. I'm totally satisfied with Doll Senior's design on this model.
