Head arrived in excellent condition. I needed another head because I was receiving a replacement body for a defective one I received. Head sealed perfectly the neck making a air tight seal.

Just a perfect little beauty. Skeleton operates well with just the right tightness. Very well finished doll. Arrived quickly with an "in Stock" purchase and Rosemarys as always was excellent. She is much more impressive in person and has quickly become a favorite.

Bought the Marina (Erovenus Max Series) doll and let me tell you - it does'nt disapoint. The doll is a bit heavy to move around, but feels VERY realistic. Espacially the ass. 10/10! Also had some questions regarding my order and the support team was super nice and helpful. Also - 10/10

Despite huge disparity in timezones, staff made sure to resolve my queries and request for clarifications. Received the product in a week before they even got to provide me the tracking number.

This was my first doll purchase and I have to say Rosemary was a 10/10 vendor to go through this with. Rosemary helped me pick my options, helped me fix any incompatible choices I made and then sent me a finalized overview of my customized doll. My agent was Sue and she was lovely, she was always friendly and never took long to reply to any of my messages. Sue explained everything every step of the way and the doll arrived pretty quick, less than 2 months for a doll with a bunch of custom options is pretty good going what I have read. I also want to add they give free shipping, for comparison free shipping with some other vendors usually means a 3-6 month wait unless you pay high fees for the shipping Rosemary are offering for free! My doll was also a lower price here as well due to the deals that were on offer, buying the exact same doll elsewhere could have cost me several hundred more even before shipping. They packaged her extremely well, gave me some nice extras (clothes, brushes, etc) and she arrived in pristine condition via UPS. They handled all customs etc with no fuss whatsoever. All in all the delivery, packaging and extras made it feel like they take care of you here. I want to add that my first attempt was with a different company, the experience was so bad with them, that I ended up cancelling my order and switching to Rosemarydolls and my experience here was so good I will be using them again for any future orders. I couldn't think of a single fault with how they handled this whole process or the quality and condition of my doll once she arrived. If anyone is buying a doll for the first time and is worried about what company to trust for expensive orders like premium lovedolls then I say Rosemary is the way to go.

This FireDoll is more than amazing. She is filling all my fantasies in such a great way. Her weight (about 70-75lbs) is making the poses such much more easier. Both heads are so very well done. I have 2 gorgeous and sexy women for the price of one! Sometimes you almost forget they are not real :-). My only wishes are; their eyes would be easier to manipulate and stay exactly where I want them to be & her mouth to stay open a little more. Overall I am rating this doll 9/10. I am a more than a satisfied and very happy customer! :-D

My experience with Rosemary Dolls and the wonderful sales lady Candy I ordered a Starpery 172F IN-STOCK doll and when I received it everything seemed fine as I wanted a sleeping buddy. On the second night I woke up and felt a tear between her butt cheek and leg and I thought how could this happen sleeping and laying on her back. I emailed Candy and sent pics and she sent silicone glue for the repair but that took a few days but I read on TDF that another product worked better for a unexperienced user so I made the repair with it. Everything seemed fine then after a few days another tear was between her breast and side of her chest. I thought WHAT is going on with this doll as Ive had silicone dolls from another makers and zero problems for over a year. So I again made the repair and told Candy sent pics and she forward them to Starpery. Again a few days later 3 small perfectly diagonal cut holes between her upper chest and neck and this time the holes were perfectly spaced apart and in a circular patten. I was thinking this is where Starpery injects the gel into the breasts. I emailed Candy sent pics told her the situation, told her that this isnt right something is wrong with this dolls body and she then contacted Starpery and agreed something was wrong with the doll. So Starpery sent another body and I was able to pick another body so this time I picked a completely different body cause I was thinking, if I picked the same one there might be a chance that the body would do the same if made on the same day. While waiting for the new doll to be delivered the doll was standing upright not being touched it tore again, this time it was on the side of her breast and a 4th cut hole appeared inline perfectly as the other 3 holes. So again I made the repair and I emailed Candy about the doll and sent pics and she forwarded them to Starpery. I received the new body and taking pics as I lifted her out of the box both shoulders were damaged from staples used in shipping. I...
