Shipping was fast and easy to track every step of the way. The support team was helpful and quick to respond to emails

Before this machine I planned on never using my doll, again. It was a workout trying to carry this heavy doll into the bathroom to clean. And then when it came to making sure they are dry, seemed hopeless. With this machine, the clean up is effortless. The machine flushed the area and sucks up the water at the same time. And it only takes a couple of minutes to do. The dryer with the drying stick works perfectly! I am 100% happy with this product!

I did not expect the level of support and care that went into everything after I made my order. They reached out to me to let me know how everything was going. Once my doll was ready, I received videos and photos of the doll, showing me what I am getting. Tracking was easy to do, and it had an itemized list of every step along the way. They even reached out to when there was a hiccup during the doll's travels to me. The team was polite and professional. I ended up receiving everything I ordered and then some. All n' all a great experience, and I highly recommend.

This was my first time buying a custom full-size doll. It took a while for her to get here, but she is the most beautiful thing I've ever laid my eyes on. The process was long and there were a few bumps along the way, but Chloe from the RosemaryDoll team was there to answer any question or help in any way from the very beginning, all the way until the end. I will definitely be getting another doll, and I will definitely be buying it from Rosemary Doll, and I hope Chloe is my support specialist for my next purchase.

Nice website, great support!

Great dial to have very realistic Rosemary dolls is an excellent comfy to work with their service and the help is very good. Candy helped me through a lot of questions and it takes time to put your dog together and you’ll be happy with it

Incredible as always. It is the fourth time I order and always a good experience. Trustworthy relation !

Excellent product and highly recommended for those who have companions. Easy to use and very effective. Ordering process with Rosemary Doll was fast and clear to understand. They maintained great comms throughout the transaction from start to finish. I am loving this doll, this slightly odd-looking, lumpy doll that looks like she’s perpetually sucking in her gut. And why? Because this doll is UNIQUE! How so? Because it is probably the ONLY doll on the market that has been sculpted to look good while LYING ON HER BACK. Whereas the other 999 dolls out there are sculpted to look best when vertical. And guess what? My dolls spend 93% of their time ON THEIR BACKS! See how her breasts roll gently off to the sides, the chest goes nearly flat. The slightly sunken belly creates the illusion of gravity on a real body. The second thing I love: She is so incredibly soft! Yearndoll has tweaked their silicone to feel substantially (maybe 15% to 20%) more like caressing real flesh than my earlier (and costlier!) dolls (though I think possibly they gave me the ‘soft skin’ option as standard but I can’t confirm that). The third thing I love: Those little squishy boobs! Her breasts are average-smallish, but the outer skin that covers the gel is maybe HALF the thickness of my other small-cup dolls. This makes them feel EXCEPTIONALLY soft and real. Skin texture: Yearndoll doesn’t call this out, but she includes everywhere an authentic skin texture, and I’ve seen others charge as much as $300 extra for that. Perhaps it's the real skin texture or the silicone formula, but there is absolutely NONE of that unpleasant silicone gloss. I don’t even powder her, I like her the way she is. Most impressive! Skeleton: Skeletons are pretty standard these days: Hers is well adjusted, she’s very stable on her feet when posing, yet flexible enough that I can reposition her joints while in bed without standing up and putting a knee on her for extra leverage (hate that!) Rosemary Doll: Experience was solid, with very responsive and thorough sales support from the Sue, the sales bot (I assume!) No hiccups in the purchase experience. Took a full 2 months to from credit card to delivery, but I did order customized makeup on 2 heads. Cons: No do...

Brilliant service yet again great price also this is why i keep coming back again and again...

This was my first time buying a sex doll, let alone a full-sized one. It was securely packaged, and all parts of the doll arrived in good condition. The doll's bust, waist, and hip measurements matched closely with the online dimensions, and although at 114.6 lbs the doll is fairly heavy to move around the metal skeleton has seemed sturdy so far. The sensation of using the doll is fantastic. Chloe from the support team was fantastic and quickly helped me switch from UPS to FedEx when their warehouse couldn't ship with UPS temporarily.
