I purchased my very first paddle board last week. I chose the ROC Explorer and was patiently waiting for it to arrive. I ordered it Saturday and received it Thursday so they were true to shipment times. I opened the board up and realized it was the wrong board. So I reached out to the company and not only did they have stellar response time they made it more than right and ateetring me keep the board I was sent and also sending me the one I originally purchased. My aunt got me this paddle board for my birthday and I absolutely love it! It looks great, its easy to take care of and pack around. it comes with a nice paddle and so much more! highly recommend it! I also love that you can get a free seat with a review!

We purchased 2 ROC SUPs on Amazon last year, but had not had a chance to use them till last month. Inflated both SUPs, but we quickly realized that one was manufactured incorrectly, making the stabilizer fin unusable. We contacted ROC customer service by email, and got a response within 24 hours. With proof of purchase, and a picture of the defect, we received the replacement board within days. Simple, courteous and stress- free! Now just loving the boards, and happy to give a good review for this excellent customer service experience!

ROC paddleboards are top quality! They are gorgeous and are equipped with the best accessories. The handles, the fins, the bungees…all top notch! The customer service team is the best around. My fin fell off due to the clip not being secure which was my fault not the boards. I ensured roc right away and they got back to my within two hours and said they would send me a new fin without charge! They were really fast responding which I appreciated bc I bought my board a month ago and was sad to see my fin slid off after just three uses. I recived the fin in the mail From then within the same week I reached out about it happening! Highly reccomend contacting them if you have any issues and they’ll take care of you!

I recently purchased a paddle board, it arrived in a timely manner, everything looked perfect, but I had problems inflating properly. I wrote to ROC, described my issue. They replied right away, replaced my seemingly faulty pump within days and were super helpful and friendly with this service. I bought two kayaks in Jan looking forward to being on the water later in the year. When it came time to use them. . . Well they were a let down for sure. This review is thankfully not about them but is about how amazing ROC Outdoors sups are as a beginner boarder and veteran water enthusiast. After the let down I was determined to find the right craft and came along ROC paddle boards on Amazon. Good ratings, the price was right, and so I took the plunge. Let me tell you I couldn't be happier. It's sturdy, well made, the kit comes with everything you need, the warranty is exceptional (in my opinion) and I have had the most fun taking this board out on both the river and the lake near my home. It's easy to inflate and deflate. The ability to store is top notch and I love the color. I bought the violet kahuna. I love this board so much after trying it twice I have the teal cruiser being delivered tomorrow as a back up. Seriously get you one of these (or two of you like) you will not regret it.

Delighted to have ordered my first paddle board from such a great company. My order was shipped immediately and arrived very quickly. The board was wonderfully packaged and all the products within the box are great and are of superior quality. There was a minor issue with the one strap of the wet bag. I emailed to say this and a new one was sent as a replacement is less than 12 hours. With a fabulous product and such great customer service from a company who truly cares I cannot recommend ROC enough.
