I recently purchased my first Roc SUP after my other board fell for a hidden rock. My board arrived withing days, much faster then the anticipated time and had everything i would need to not only get started but continue to enjoy the Maine lakes for many summers. When I had a question about a part, ROC Customer service not only answered it within 24 hours, they had a replacement on its way before I even responded to say thank you. Ill definitely continue ordering all my SUP products from them and, hopefully others in the future.

When I first ordered my paddleboard, it took a while to get my shipping information. They were so quick with their response when I sent them an email regarding an update. When I finally had time to hit the lake, I noticed my pump was very squeaky and the PSI gauge didn’t seem to move that much. Especially after I hit 9. I had to tap it for it to read correctly. I wrote them as soon as I got home and they offered to replace not only the gauge but the entire pump. I got the shipping information in the same email they sent me about the replacement. 10/10 recommend! Their customer service is very friendly and super responsive if you ever need help. The board itself is superb. I bought the kahuna series. My only recommendation is to watch out for stains if you take food or in my case tajin. It left an orange hue on the board. Luckily in my case it’s on the bottom. I did not try any harsh chemicals to remove it , just a simple wipe down.

Bought two for my husband and I to use and don’t regret it one bit! Easy to inflate, looks great and even holds our 80 pound lab! Fun for the whole family!

I recently purchased a ROC Explorer and unfortunately, after a few rides, I noticed a very small leak on one of the seams. It wasn't big enough to change the performance of the board and the board still seemed fully inflated, even the next day. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and told me exactly what to do to get a brand new replacement board. I sent the information that was needed and a new board was sent out that day and has been great! I know that manufacturing defects can happen, even if rarely, but when they do, it is great to work with a company that stands by their product and makes it right. I would highly recommend Roc Outdoors for your next purchase:)

We purchased four Kahuna paddle boards and found them really easy to use. We used the kayak paddles and found it easy to paddle even without the kayak seat. Once I figured out to sit further forward it stopped tacking side to side and worked more like a kayak. I was pleasantly surprised by this result. One problem we discovered was that my board came with a small leak along a seam. I reached out to the customer support team and they took care of the issue promptly and professionally. The entire order gets 4 stars because. . . you know, leaky board. The customer support team get 5 stars for their courteous and timely support. I reached out to them on Monday and a replacement was shipped to me on Thursday. I love their commitment to quality and support

Purchased two inflatable boards. Sadly, the valve on one broke upon deflating for the second time. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded & sent a replacement. The replacement valve did not work (could have been an error on my end when switching them out) and the team tried to troubleshoot with me. When that didn’t work, they sent a replacement board out right away as it was still under warranty. Took the new board out today. Am very pleased with my purchase and appreciate the responsiveness of the company.

The wife and I bought 2 boards. They both work as they should. Easy to use and stable. We use our mattress pump to fill them with most of the air. We just hold the valve down with our finger, seal off the hole with our hand some and it fills most of it. Then finish it off with the handed pump. My hand pump was defective right out of the box, but I just messaged them about it and they shipped me another new pump, extremely simple. Great USA company. I definitely will buy a couple more for the kids.

I’m into my 3rd season with my board and it’s held up beautifully. I love my roc board. It’s sturdy and easy to maneuver and stands up to my not so little dog (lab x stbernard) joining me. This is truly a great board and I’d buy again

I couldn’t be happier with this inflatable paddle board! From the moment I took it out on the water, I was impressed by its stability, durability, and overall performance. It's incredibly easy to inflate and deflate, and packs down small enough to fit in the trunk of my car with room to spare. The board feels solid underfoot, even in choppier conditions, and the included accessories (paddle, pump, and backpack) are high quality and super convenient. After using it a few times, I loved it so much I ended up buying a second one so I could take a friend or family member out with me. The first board is holding up beautifully and I can't wait to get the second one in the mail. If you're looking for a well-made, reliable inflatable SUP that performs like a hard board without the hassle, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Buyer beware. This company will NOT answer your calls or emails. I’m returning my board because of it. Regardless of how well the board works or not if you have a couple simple questions and plead for them to contact you and they repeatedly ignore you, do you really want to do business with a BS company like this? I don’t.

Awful hole, something wrong with valve hard time pumping up, material on top peeling. Do not purchase they are Awful board I purchased 4 with problems. They want to send me glue, that wont fix the hole or valve

I recently bought a paddleboard (first timer) and chose ROC based on reviews as well as comparing with other brands. Unfortunately the one I received had some cosmetic flaws on the board so I contacted customer service. They were very prompt in their reply and very helpful. The service agent (Maggie) sent me a replacement board and unfortunately the second one also arrived with yet another cosmetic flaw. I say this to emphasize that ROC is committed to excellent customer service. I am sure they would have sent another to ensure this was corrected however I chose to keep it as is. These things like this happen from time to time and the board is functional so that is what matters. What is more important is ROC values customer service and they respond with empathy and are focused on the their customers. I appreciate they are a US based company. I know they make quality products and they focus on the customer. I will continue to recommend this strong company and product.

Shipping and customer service were great. However the seat is not what I expected. Very thin in the seat area. Not comfortable at all. Very disappointing

My Roc Paddleboard came with a cracked pump from Amazon. I didn't realize this until I tried to use it for the first time as it was wrapped in foam which I retained to protect it. Roc customer service responded the next day and a new pump is on its way! I'll update review once I get to try it out!

My two-year old paddleboard developed a small air leak on a seam. The folks at ROK were very helpful-checking warranty, communicating daily, and quickly sending another board just in time for 4th of July lake festivities!! A ROK solid company with fantastic staff, and a great product!

It looks like some others have already mentioned that the customer service from Roc is outstanding. I sent an inquiry about my order by email and it was answered within 24 hours and the response exceeded my expectations. The paddle board I received was packaged and shipped very well, all of the pieces expected were included and everything was in working order. The quality of the products became very apparent during my first use. Even the pump is sturdy and well made. I highly recommend Roc to anyone looking to purchase an inflatable paddle board with accessories. This is a quality product with outstanding customer service.

Contacted Customer Support about helping me out with a board that’s handle ripped off not even being a year old. 8 emails with photos later they say they will send out a new board sounds great. Then the next day get another email asking me to purchase a utility knife and cut the board from fin to top and take a picture as this is better for the environment…so many issues here. One the board is absolutely repairable just send out a kit. Two asking someone with 5 kids and four dogs to purchase a knife and dissect a perfectly good board for the environment doesn’t sound safe and makes absolutely no sense for the environment. I don’t throw away a bike because it has a flat tire. This truly hurt my heart that this was the wisest and safest option for a repeat customer. You do not have my family’s best interest or safety in mind. Also what kind of lesson is that teaching the next generation good grief.

Received this product within just a couple of days so had a chance to take it out this weekend! I love that it is so easy to transport and very stable! I ordered the one with the convertible kayak seat which will make it great for long periods out on the water. Looking forward to lots more fun times on the lake this summer!
