We have been renting paddle boards for many years and finally took the plunge to get an inflatable paddle board. We purchased two Polar Outdoor Series. We're absolutely thrilled with them. We can't tell the difference between the inflatable boards and the ones we used to rent. Their customer support is what makes a great product a great company to purchase from. I ordered my first Roc paddleboard earlier this year. I noticed it wouldn't hold air. I contacted them and we tried different things to try to rectify the problem. They always got back to me in a timely fashion. Usually the same day. After we exhausted all of the options, they sent me a new board! Really a great team!!!

My girlfriend got me a ROC SUP for Father’s Day and it’s awesome! She bought herself one a few years ago and we’ve taken both of ours out on the lake a few times and love being on the water together. It’s sturdy, easy to carry, simple to inflate and deflate and balances well. Feels like I’m walking on water!

Last month, the ROC paddleboard was a gift from my sister for my retirement. In the past month, I have been on the water more times than I can count! I added a seat and put a pad on the front of the paddleboard for my dog. We are paddling the ponds and lakes of north Central Maine, and I couldn’t be happier. I purchased my first paddleboard this summer and did a lot of research and decided to go with the ROC brand. Took my first trip out on the river and had a blast very comfortable easy to use. I love that. I can take it anywhere and deflate it and it’s easy to fit in my car.

In my opinion you won't find a better board for the money out there. These boards are bult extremely well for what you pay for them. The service is also top-notch. They replaced a broken accessory even though they were not obligated to under the warranty.

The paddleboard is great, really stable, easy to inflate. Love that the paddle is so versitile. I just wish I got it with the seat back. I might buy that individually, but it's a bit less expensive if you get it all at once. We had a minor issue and the customer service team is really terrific. Quick replies and very customer oriented. We have two of these now.

On our 3rd outing with our boards one of us fell into the water and the paddle snapped. I reached out to customer service the next day seeing if it would be covered under warranty. While it wasn’t covered, they did send us a replacement paddle as we had had the boards less than a month. Replacement paddle was sent out asap and arrived quickly. Easy, quick, and great customer service!
