I saw another review saying a fin broke on the first use and customer service responded quickly. The same thing happened to me, but I have received no response. Also, the air pumps aren't working. One seems to be missing a pin that would hold it together and the other (after partially inflating both boards) doesn't connect correctly to the boards. Again, no response to two emails for almost two weeks.

I will never buy any other brand simply because of the excellent customer service! We have two boards and absolutely love them, we’ve used them on Oklahoma and Arkansas lakes as well as remote Alpine lakes in CO. Highly recommend.

I bought my board in the winter and finally got to try it in May. The seal around the valve is leaking so it only lasted about 20 minutes before it was noticeably low on air.

The 16lb vest is nicely made but one size does not fit all. I could not find the measurements online and this one is a bit small for my husband but we are trying it anyway. I hope it helps with toning and losing weight.

I accidentally ordered the wrong boards and the cancelling process as handled nicely. Shipping was fast on the correct order. No complaints.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about ROC paddle boards. We bought two of their Kahuana boards and completely fell in love with paddle boarding. The boards are incredibly stable, comfortable, and super high quality. We’ve taken them everywhere from calm ICW paddles to beach trips and longer adventure routes around Southwest Florida and they’ve been amazing. What really stood out to me though was the customer service. ROC has been absolutely incredible to work with — responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s so refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers and stands behind their products. If you’re thinking about getting a paddle board, I recommend them without hesitation.
