I am 65 years old and have always wanted to paddle board. My daughter took me out on her ROC Polar Outdoor series inflatable board and I loved it. I was able to stand up the very first time. For my birthday she bought me my own ROC paddle board. I am so excited to get using this board again come summer!

I have bought products from them. I have had friends buy things from them. I have always been happy with ROC products and this vest is no different. First off it different than any of the others I have tried. This one looks strange but once you put it on and start moving in it, you will feel the difference. Another 5 star product from ROC. I love this company.

The vest is really comfortable and is easily adjustable. I was surprised that I wasn’t just feeling the weight on my shoulders, but through all of the movements of my upper body. Even as I walked my dog around the block it felt like I was getting a workout. This is going to be a great addition to my workout regime.

I bought my board this summer. It did unfortunately did get damaged during use. I reported this to customer service and after an assessment they were able to send in a completely new board! Will buy again!

I reached out to Roc regarding an issue with my paddleboard. They told me to cut my old board and they would send me a new one (it was still under warranty). I followed as directed. I received my new board and then a shipping bill of over 100 dollars (which Roc did not inform me to prior to cutting my board or at all)…. The shipping slip specifically says that the sender selected that the customer pay the fee instead of them covering it while under warranty. I reached out for clarification and they said that they were unaware and offered to send me complimentary items. I agreed to the items and then they just fell off the face of the earth. I reached out an additional 4 times since then and all attempts have been ignored. .

We absolutely love taking our grand babies out on the boards! They love seeing down into the water to find fishes, trolls, etc. ;)

We have been renting paddle boards for many years and finally took the plunge to get an inflatable paddle board. We purchased two Polar Outdoor Series. We're absolutely thrilled with them. We can't tell the difference between the inflatable boards and the ones we used to rent. Their customer support is what makes a great product a great company to purchase from. I ordered my first Roc paddleboard earlier this year. I noticed it wouldn't hold air. I contacted them and we tried different things to try to rectify the problem. They always got back to me in a timely fashion. Usually the same day. After we exhausted all of the options, they sent me a new board! Really a great team!!!

Bought my inflatable board in July and had taken it out to the lake a few times and the third time I took it out, the double sided paddle had snapped and broke I reached out to customer support and they responded right away and after a few questions and pictures, they sent me a new paddle with no issue Amazing !

My girlfriend got me a ROC SUP for Father’s Day and it’s awesome! She bought herself one a few years ago and we’ve taken both of ours out on the lake a few times and love being on the water together. It’s sturdy, easy to carry, simple to inflate and deflate and balances well. Feels like I’m walking on water!

I wanted to give my daughter's a great gift for their birthday's this year, and I ended up buying four. No sharing necessary. ROC Paddleboards are the best!
