I ordered a crate for my German Shorthair Pointer, as he tends to be an escape artist and I was concerned he might injure himself trying to get out. The crate was on back order, and I received prompt notification of the delay, which I appreciated. It was delivered as scheduled without any issues. Although I am not highly experienced with technology, I was initially concerned about the lack of assembly instructions. However, I was able to scan the QR code provided for assembly instructions and found the setup process to be straightforward and easy. This product offers great value, and knowing that my dog is safe and secure in his new crate means a great deal to me. Good product but a little more than I’d like to pay. I would have bought some accessories but the price was too much especially because I was buying the crate. Maybe they can make a starter pack or something that includes some accessories.

great crate! The foldable crate is holding our Tasmanian devil really well.

So I gave the pad four stars because it’s good and fits very snug and perfect for the crate size. The only thing is it’s almost a little too firm. I wish there was an option for a fitted sheet or something that could go over it so they are not laying on the sticky plastic. But I like that it fits snug so that they are not laying on the metal bottom of the crate.

Amazing crate! It really is all it's cracked up to be. Very durable and well made, I feel so much more comfortable leaving my dog when needing to go to the grocery store or out and about. She is safe and is starting to really love her quiet, and safe space. THANK YOU!

I love this crate! It’s beautifully made and strong. I was a little upset the color I preferred wasn’t available and it came with a dent on the roof of it. Otherwise very happy with this purchase after having issues with standard wire crates.
