We received the crate and realized the door covers that come the with separation anxiety crate did not come with our crate. I sent an Email that day and they replied and shipped them within hours!! Still getting our dog used to it so we haven’t used it yet but it seems well built. I love that it’s one piece and we didn’t have to put anything together. Will definitely purchase from them again!

Top tier customer service

This craftsmanship on this crate is nothing short of stellar, it has blown us away. It has impeccable attention to detail. It is sturdy and secure. We have a 95 pound Rottweiler mix who is used to trying to escape so I have such peace of mind knowing she can't escape this one. I like the fact I can open the door all the way and will stay open so our dog can lay in there whenever she wants when we are home. The shipping process was horrible, the shipping company lost our crate multiple times, but I was able to easily get in contact with Shawn and Carson who went above and beyond to find out what was going and help get this crate to us. They didn't brush us off since they did their part already, they were in contact with the shipping company immediately after I contacted them, traced the crate and called me back even later on a Friday to follow up so I was updated. It has been a great purchase for us and our needs.

Expensive pad that is cheaply made

Kennel is great. There service team was helpful. Easy to open and put together. My only con that I have is that the rivets they used putting it together stick out on the inside and could cut my puppy. Keep in mind he’s destructive and there no really other good alternatives so I just slapped some duct tape over them. I also wish they had a training divider but I can make something
