Great crate!

If you have a Belgian Malinois (or any shepherd breed for that matter) who struggles with anxiety no matter how much they play/exercise, then this may be the crate for you. My 4 year old Mal, despite all the constant work we put into exercise, training and desensitization, has always struggled with anxiety. Because of this we have gone through a lot of trial and error to find the right crate for her and for me. I think we have gone through 5 different kennels since she was a puppy. She needs something that is den-like and stronger than she is. I need it to be easy to clean and able to be easily taken on the go. This checks all of those boxes and then some. It’s very much an investment, but it is totally worth it for something we use every day. I just wish I had done it sooner and then I would have saved the money from those 5 other crates we had. So if you are like I was, just looking at it thinking “maybe one day”, just do it. Dont waste your time and money of going through X amount of other kennels like I did.

#1 - Customer Service is AWESOME! Before I purchased Roman’s High Anxiety Crate, they answered ALL questions and addressed ALL concerns. #2 - The crate comes fully assembled, which was a big thing to me. I didn’t want to spend 4+ hours putting a crate together and hoping that all the parts were included. #3 - I live in Southern California, the company is located in Utah. Ordered my crate on Monday and received it on Wednesday, 2 days after I placed the order! #4 - This High Anxiety Crate is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The quality is awesome! Just looking at it you can see it’s extremely well made and they didn’t cut corners. It’s SOLID! NO CHEAP GARBAGE HERE! I ordered the 48” in Gray color and I’m 1,000% happy with it. My Cane Corso loves it too, but he doesn’t like the fact that he CANNOT escape out of it A BIG “Thank You” to EVERYONE at Rock Creek Crates! You guys ROCK!!!

Excellent quality and beautiful product

If your dog wants to escape their kennel and you need a collapsible kennel get the chew gaurd and the collapsible kennel. My dog has went through multiple kennels and the Rock Creek Collapsible Crate has kept her inside and also has helped her calm down, knowing that she is unable to get out. I did add a picture of my dogs teeth. This is after using the kennel w/o the door gaurd. Yes it, the silver, does not look great but was better than the scratched/ scabbed up snout and black teeth other kennels had resulted in. I also love the multiple locks the kennel provides as I have had to put extra clips and zip ties on other kennels.

I am absolutely loving our kennel. It fits in my car perfectly and my dog is super comfortable. We got the primo pad as well because it’s waterproof and easy to clean after an adventure with muddy paws! Our last kennel squeezed a lot and I’m so glad that this one doesn’t. I’m happy knowing my dog is safe and comfortable in the car!

I bought three Rock Creek Stationary crates about a year ago and they have proved to be everything I had hoped for. This review is an update about Rock Creek's Customer Service. I contacted them to see if it was possible to remove a couple of the stacking corners so that my crates would fit in the back of my new minivan. Not only did they return my phone call within a couple of hours, but also spent the time to walk me through how to remove the corners and reinstall them later. They also are sending me the drill bit I need for the removal and rivets to reinstall the corners later. Now THAT is great customer service!

My dog with separation anxiety broke through two cages before I found Rock Creek Crates. My dog not only can’t break out of the cage, but he seems overall more calm while he’s in it.

Great quality product, arrived promptly! I do wish I would have realized how big it truly was, I would have picked a bit smaller of a size. I purchased a refurbished crate, but honestly I cannot even tell, it looks brand new. Awesome company!

I went with the blue color, and it is so pretty. A great crate, I was able to set it up by myself. We haven’t gotten our puppy yet, but we also got the puppy crate divider and are excited to use the crate! I am 5’6 and easily fit in the 48” with extra room in long sitting.

I LOVE that Rock Creek Crates offers the option to buy Refurbished crates. The crate I purchased had very minimal damage and looks brand new. Shipping was very quick. As a professional dog trainer I am looking forward to switching over all of my client crates to Rock Creek Crates.

Our pup LOVES his new crate. He really did not like his wire crate so we were worried he wouldn't do well but thankfully he loves it. Easy to open up and we love that we can take it with us on vacations etc
