⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly a Game Changer! I cannot say enough amazing things about Rock Creek Crates! We have gone through FOUR different crates from other brands, and my dog has managed to break out of every single one due to his severe separation anxiety. Finding something that would keep him safe has been such a stressful journey, and I can honestly say this crate has been a game changer for us! Assembly was incredibly easy, the quality is outstanding, and the crate itself is so sturdy and durable. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone I spoke with was so kind, compassionate, and understanding of our situation. You can truly tell they care about the dogs and the people who love them. For the first time in a long time, I have peace of mind knowing my sweet boy is safe, secure, and not going anywhere while I’m away. That feeling alone is priceless. I am beyond grateful to Rock Creek Crates and wish I had found them sooner! If you have a dog with separation anxiety or an escape artist like mine, I cannot recommend this company enough!

Crate is well made and very easy access.

Great product. Great fit. Would recommend!

Their customer service team is fantastic!! This was a big investment for us and I was really bummed when our new crate arrived with some cosmetic damage. It happens, even though I feel like the crate was packed very well. This crate is HEAVY!! They immediately offered to replace it. Just like that. Between their customer service and the quality of their products, they've earned a lifelong customer!

Rock Creek Crates did a fine job of keeping me informed when it was clear there would be a delay in building my crate due to supply train issues. . . Excellent communication!

Good quality!

Great crate build quality is great and is supper easy to put together, there support staff was also very kind and helpful really made everything very easy.

We ordered a 40" crate in the color grey. Both my husband and I are very happy with our order! It was very easy to put together took less than five minutes.

My crate came with some damage on it due to shipping issues. I sent in a request for customer service and Chalyce got back to me almost immediately. They were able to give me multiple options in how to remedy the issue and I left feeling valued as a customer with a high quality product. Can't recommend these crates and this company enough!

Good experience and good product but too much stuff is out of stock on the website.

Quick delivery. Good service

Amazing crate! Great for dogs with separation anxiety and have escaped other conventional crates. It’s truly a Godsend!

Exceeds all the expectations I had in a crate. Awesome product!

Awesome customer service.

Great products. Love our collapsible! Easy to assemble and easy to move when packed

My shepherd destroyed it in 3 weeks.

Did a lot of research before buying this crate. Our husky puppy had turned into an escape artist with our cheap wire crate and we were at our wits end. She hates the crate, but after using this one for a week she does a lot better. This thing is built like a tank! Even the collapsible one is extremely sturdy and was super easy to set up. After having it for about a week, it's holding up super well. It does have some scratch marks on the paint, but it's all just cosmetic. I think my puppies sharp nails/teeth would scratch anything. Overall, super happy with this purchase and I expect it will literally last a lifetime. That being said, it better for how expensive it is haha!

Shipping was super quick as well as the customer service. Rock creek will be my go to from now on.

great crate for large breeds, easy to assemble and great customer service with real tie updates!

As advertised. Fits my Doberman well.
