Their customer service team is fantastic!! This was a big investment for us and I was really bummed when our new crate arrived with some cosmetic damage. It happens, even though I feel like the crate was packed very well. This crate is HEAVY!! They immediately offered to replace it. Just like that. Between their customer service and the quality of their products, they've earned a lifelong customer!

Great crate build quality is great and is supper easy to put together, there support staff was also very kind and helpful really made everything very easy.

We ordered a 40" crate in the color grey. Both my husband and I are very happy with our order! It was very easy to put together took less than five minutes.

My crate came with some damage on it due to shipping issues. I sent in a request for customer service and Chalyce got back to me almost immediately. They were able to give me multiple options in how to remedy the issue and I left feeling valued as a customer with a high quality product. Can't recommend these crates and this company enough!

Did a lot of research before buying this crate. Our husky puppy had turned into an escape artist with our cheap wire crate and we were at our wits end. She hates the crate, but after using this one for a week she does a lot better. This thing is built like a tank! Even the collapsible one is extremely sturdy and was super easy to set up. After having it for about a week, it's holding up super well. It does have some scratch marks on the paint, but it's all just cosmetic. I think my puppies sharp nails/teeth would scratch anything. Overall, super happy with this purchase and I expect it will literally last a lifetime. That being said, it better for how expensive it is haha!

Shipping was super quick as well as the customer service. Rock creek will be my go to from now on.
