Good communication

We read dozens and dozens of reviews of various dog crate companies before finally deciding on Rock Creek. We weren’t leaving the house due to our separation-anxiety-ridden escape artist dog. We got the XL so he has plenty of room, and he is so content in this crate. It’s the first crate he doesn’t mind being in or try to escape from. Before we purchased, we called and talked to someone from the Rock Creek team who went over all the options and features with us. It’s worth every penny to know our sweet boy is safe and sound. Friendly but product received not so great would return if I could

This is one of those things that I waited way too long to purchase. Our separation anxiety-prone Weimaraner has broken out of two conventional and destroyed close to $2000 worth of household objects over the course of one and a half years. It took some retraining, but she now willingly and frequently uses her new place. The crate itself is bombproof. The colour and paint job are great. It arrived fully assembled and it’s lighter and easier to move around than I anticipated. The cost of a crate like this should be factored in to any new dog adoption or purchase.

We were looking at similar products from other suppliers but there were numerous negative reviews about the businesses. We ultimately landed on Rock Creek after calling a talking to Shawn who answered all our questions about the crate and how it not only is built to keep our escape artist of a dog in, but also prevents any self harm. So far our dog has adjusted well and we have seen no damage to the Crate or harm to our dog thus far! While the price point is steep, it has been 100% worth it and we were also pleasantly surprised to find out the price on the site is the “All-in” price!

Shipping took a while but well worth the wait. It is a large item so too be expected if you are thinking about getting one order now!

Crate quality is excellent. It was shipped promptly and arrived when predicted. I had some difficulty installing the new model fan, but customer service was superb and the problem was solved.
