Great experience, didn’t need customer service. Order and conformation were immediate. Shipping took a little time but that’s no big deal, order before you run out. Packaged very well to avoid damage in shipping.

Great product in convenient packaging. The options are fairly good except I'd like a product that has zero additives- just freeze dried raw without any additional. I like to provide specific minerals and vitamins to the food so I can avoid sensitivities in my pet.

Stumbled across open farm and immediately fell in love with the organic- clean and local sourced products. My puppy was experiencing sensitive skin issues and irritation and once we started the skin and coat line of food, poof gone!! Will never buy anything else! Thank you, Open Farm!
