The crate arrived earlier than expected, is super easy to carry both folded and assembled, not as intimidating looking as the stock photos online. Definitely more durable feeling than the plastic crates from the big pet stores. We're looking forward to using it with our new puppy in the car!

Top notch customer service when we had some issues with the shipper (unlike a certain OTHER popular roto-mold crate company with the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with…). They worked with me even after hours and made sure everything was right. I’ve worked with crates from a very similar and popular company, but this feels much more sturdy and well put together. No sharp edges, dents, or bowing on the sides. Feels like it’s gonna last a really long time even being collapsed and put back up many times over. Anecdotally, my boy has never been a dog that LOVES his crate. He is crate trained and will hang out there as long as needed with no complaints, just sleeping comfortably, but he’s never been a dog that chooses to go to his crate on his own accord. When this came in and I got it all set up, he immediately went in and laid down, choosing to chill in there for a while, and in the last few weeks I’ve caught him hanging out in there a few times fully on his own.

Will never purchase another crate again due to my dogs comfort level in these crates!

The order was shipped the same day and arrived in just three days! The crate is sturdy, durable, and easy to assemble. After my Rottweiler puppy managed to escape from wire cages, I decided to give this one a try. Now, I feel confident that my dog is safe when I need to leave him at home for extended periods.

Our Pitbull recently developed separation anxiety (never had it before) and was busting out of crates so we decided to leave her out in the house. Went well for a little while then she started going through cupboards, eating everything inside, ripping up amazon packages and after an expensive vet bill we had to do something else. We got the Rock Creek Crate and slowly adjusted her to it. It is so nice not being stressed leaving the home, knowing she is safe. She now goes to it willingly and doesn’t cry or panic while we’re gone. It does seem to get a little warm in the crate though so eventually we removed the top chew guard for more ventilation.

Shipping was pretty quick considering it's made to order. It came on it's own pallet too (we got the 36") and was wrapped securely so it wouldn't get damaged. We also had accidentally put our order in with the wrong info and they were quick to respond and canceled our order so we could do it right. (even when it was around 9pm PST) It was such a relief with the price of the product- which was well worth the cost :)

(SIZE REFERENCE: GSD is 60lbs (mostly full grown by now, he's a small guy and 34. 5in tall, 42in long, we went with the 42in RCC Stationary crate. ) Our GSD pup has some s e v e r e separation anxiety. It doesn't matter how much sedative medication is in his system, amount of mental enrichment and physical stimulation he recieved prior, he will bark, scream, howl, thrash, paw and bite at his kennel from the second we leave till the second we get home. Does not matter the time frame, he riots the entire time. Which in return meant his wire kennel took some heavy abuse from him. From having the two standard kennel gate closures, to an additional 3 extra closure clips we bought, then 9 more then 12 all because of how much our guy would bend, bite and paw at his gate. (Including zip ties!) After doing some research we decided to invest in an escape proof, and a harm proof kennel. Upon coming across RCC, they were the only company that offered the harm proof aspect which was our biggest concern as his wire kennel could have caused injury to his paws or teeth. We decided to go ahead with RCC and it's been the best decision. Granted we have yet to leave our pup alone at home in his new RCC kennel, but upon inspection there is nothing inside our pup could hurt himself on, and it's most definitely escape proof with the standard lock and extra butterfly clips. We have more peace of mind leaving home knowing our pup is truly safe now. Also mention worthy, upon seeing their black friday sale and their military discount, I had asked if they'd stack discounts. Unfortunately that was not an option however whoever we spoke too through chat offered us NO sales tax, and threw in a free chew guard (which was going to be purchased any way) which really sealed the deal. Customer Service and etiquette is above and beyond with these guys and I am pleased with our investment and if we need another heavy duty kennel it will be with RCC.

Shipping fast, easy setup, no real issues. Just need a '42 since '48 might not be possible, but I would be open to try it.
