I’ve been using these prenatal vitamins since March last year. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and still using them throughout my pregnancy. I’m definitely going try the postnatal vitamins too after my delivery.

After 6 weeks, gas and bloating subsided. I eat plenty of fruit and veggies, but I think my problem was eating too much at supper and not enough during the day. This probiotic helped me adjust my habits. Not sure how, but I feel better!

It's pricey considering it's only 15 servings. But I'm not protein crazy and wouldn't consume it every day anyway. I blend it with nondairy milk, chia seeds, and raw greens for added texture. Taste is great, no sweetener needed.

I have been taking the RITUAL Multivitamin for almost a year now and the biggest benefit I have experienced so far is being able to feel so great while everyone around me, family and friends, are soooo sick. I had no idea how important this would be to me! BEST MULTIVITAMIN I’ve ever taken.

I have been taking Ritual (women’s, prenatal, and postnatal) for nearly 10 years. It is my go-to, non-negotiable supplement. The flavors are great, my blood work is great, I know the ingredients are great… it’s a yes for me.

I’ve been taking Ritual vitamins for years now. I think part of my devotion is I like the cheerful color of the capsules and how easily two pills fall out onto my palm when I give the bottle a little shake. It’s the little things that make a difference. Who knows what the vitamins actually do. At least I take them.

Overall good product, I just have to take it right before sleep because I still get fishy burps pretty badly if I take it during the day.

Fish burps are continuous if eaten with big breakfast. I don’t recommend that. Take 1st thing in the morning before breakfast.

I was losing hair, my nails were breaking easily. Now my hair is fuller and thicker. My nails are stronger and growing. I feel more energized and the flavor is good.

I noticed a big difference in days not weeks or months. I’m 67 so I don’t look 20 years younger but my skin texture elasticity and definitely hydration is so so much better. I live in the AZ desert so I never can keep my skin hydrated now I can.

This has really helped me with my stress level. Cheaper than buying all the supplements individually. Will repurchase.

I like the ritual prenatal vitamins. I like that I could take them with or without food and they don’t upset my stomach, but I don’t love the price of them. They are pricey even on the subscription. I feel like I’m paying a little too much.
