When looking for an alternative to basic multivitamins that were upsetting my stomach, I researched my way into Ritual. I like the quality of these capsules and the mint flavor is amazing. They never upset my stomach which is also a big plus.

I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone trying to get their gut health back on track. I noticed some gut disturbances the first two weeks and since then, my digestion and gut health has felt significantly improved. I honestly just cannot afford the product or I would be happy to continue using it.

The taste is not good very chalky

Good to 2 capsules with vitamins that do so much good for me.

I find this product to be helpful for sleep and honestly I need it most nights! Having just 20 capsules per bottle means I don’t have enough to get through a month. Otherwise I like the pleasant smell, it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
