Fantastic. . I have not had a cold or have gotten sick in a long time. I attribute that to the Ritual vitamins I take daily.

I really like ritual and can tell a difference taking it. I once took a break because I got laid off and regretted it. I tried gruins to try to combine Seed and Ritual into one and it just didn't have the same effects. I'll stick to using Ritiual + Seed for my vitamin needs.

This makes a tasty shake! Wish Ritual had scoops for things like protein powder and magnesium. Would be great if they sold scoops that could be used over and over, so you didn’t have to manufacture them for each bag.

I'm not quite sure how to judge that a probiotic is working, but I appreciate that it doesn't need refrigeration. Also that it is formulated scientifically. It's worth doing what I can to keep my gut healthy.

I am 70,years old and have tried many vitamins over the years. I had given up because they usually bother my stomach, but. . . . . Ritual vitamins are gentle on my stomach and I feel better, healthier now that I have started taking them. I have recently lived through a huge personal trauma and I feel like these vitamins are keeping me healthy inspite of the trauma my physical body is enduring. Thank you

Was excited to try this. However, the powder is VERY powdery and gets everywhere no matter how careful you are. It doesn't taste good. It doesn't melt into the water very easily and forms clumps. And honestly, I've been taking magnesium for years, and have the same results with cheaper drugstore tabs. So, sadly, was bummed with this product.

Just what we need and not all the added junk like most multivitamin!

I love all my Ritual vitamins and do see a change but the cost is so high. Not sure I can afford it much longer!

It’s been really helping with my iron deficiency

Not sure why they don’t address this! Love the vitamins otherwise but I’m thinking of switching simply because it’s sort of unbearable.

1) I love the lemon scent! So easy on my nausea that I sometimes keep the tablets with me in my purse to help with morning sickness throughout the day. 2) So gentle on my stomach. They have never given me a stomach ache or made me lose my lunch. 3) my body loves them! With other prenatals and vitamins I haven’t felt much of a difference besides a change of color in my stool. My body actually absorbs these ones! No change in BMs, but a big effect on my energy and overall feeling of wellbeing. 4) they don’t dissolve immediately in your mouth. If you struggle to take pills, these are easier than many candy coated ones to get down.

With the recommended 1/3 cup, the consistency is too thick . I adjust either the powder or the liquid, but then not getting the recommended nutrients based off of the dose.
