Been taking for years, I can tell a big difference when I don't take it!

I haven't had cramps in my legs or feet in forever. I also sleep better when I take it. The powder is a little difficult to mix sometimes, not big on the flavor but the results are too good to complain!

I can’t tell if this did anything to make my health better, as I have been dealing with severe nausea and other pregnancy-related symptoms. I got these to supplement the prenatal vitamins I am taking from this brand, as the prenatals provide only 10% choline per serving. The capsules themselves are large and require two per serving, just like the regular prenatals, so I have to split up the doses throughout the day, as it’s hard to take all four at once. The good part is they have a light citrus scent and don’t have any taste or cause me any aftertaste or burps.

I don’t like the fishy taste it leaves on my tongue.

Excellent product smells so natural

It’s hard to find a quality multivitamin that contains methylated B12 and Folate. I have MTHFR and can only take methylated products. I also love the mint. It smells amazing and tastes good.

I’m seventy going on…seventeen 😎 with Bone,Nerve and Muscle deficiency. Moving forward let’s ask this question after an appropriate amount of time has passed. My daughter and granddaughter take this supplement and my granddaughter is the military swears by your vitamins!!!! So let’s have a go. Have been using Ritual for prenatal, postpartum & women’s multi and it’s always been great for me. The bottle tops are either too hard to open or too easy to open, and one of them cracked from dropping the container on my bathroom floor. Wish there were more options for customized health!

Overall, I think it’s a great product! I’m not sure I’ve noticed a significant change in my skins hydration yet BUT I’m going to keep taking it because I believe in the ritual products and consistency is key!
