I've been taking these for almost a year! I really remember to take these everyday unlike others. I feel better when I take them. the essence keeps me from gagging because I generally hate taking pills. Easy subscription that can be change when there are days I forget.

For the first week I used Ritual magnesium I was so pleased with the good sleep I was getting. That success has not continued. Sporadic at best now. Disappointed.

10/10. The ordering process is easy and I’m glad that I can skip a month if needed. I appreciate the billing notifications and my vitamins always arrive on time in great condition. The lemon flavor makes the pill taste better and doesn’t taste like medicine.

It’s great to get 3 in 1 pill, but the mint flavor ruins it for me.
