They don’t advertise that these pills don’t have the #1 recommended supplement for pregnant women as there is no folic acid in these.

The best protein powder for making breakfast smoothies. Blends near seamless into any flavor without chalkiness. Also less worrisome about giving to my kids due to sourcing (fingers crossed it's not all PR). Sabe bien!

I appreciate the research and backup Ritual has for its products. I don’t feel a difference using this product, but that’s not to say it’s not doing good internally. Just don’t have a strong opinion since I’m not feeling a difference. I was hoping it would help with my bloating and digestion during pregnancy but I probably need something else for that.

I enjoy the convenience of receiving my vitamins on a subscription. I know they are of high quality, I’ve always felt good after taking, and I really like that I am only ingesting vitamins and minerals that I need for my gender and age.

I got into a habit of having this every morning before work. I could definitely tell a difference when I didn’t take it after so long. It isn’t a cure to stress, but an aide to keep your head in a better space for calm.

i like there vegan, but i dont think they do any better than any other supplement ive taken.

These supplements are the worst prenatal supplements that I have tried - they are huge and you have to take two of them and they literally keep getting regurgitated back as they are so huge. They also have fish oil inside the capsule which causes a bad taste in the mouth and already with pregnancy one has digestive issues and once they dissolve the fish oil keeps regurgitating back up in the mouth causing a foul taste and wanting one to throw up. 🤮 They are also very shady and make it extremely difficult for you to unsubscribe as I have been trying to do for the last 3 months despite reaching out to their team about canceling my subscription I keep getting charged!!!!!! Donor waste your money on these !

I started taking this because I’ve been getting leg cramps at night during pregnancy, but I don’t think it’s helping. I’m still experiencing the same amount of cramps.

This tastes great and really seems to help me relax and relax my muscle tension. Easy to mix up each night!

I truly believe this magic pill is part of the reason everyone thinks my 33yr old son is my brother! Been taking it over a year & I love it!
