Be careful! This product says certified GF but is made of wheat oil. I have been suffering with stomach issues for months and can’t believe I didn’t notice this ingredient, even though the front says GF.

I spent a full year without going regularly. I tried integrating fermented foods, eating more fibre, eating more protein, taking other probiotics - nothing has been more effective than Symbiotic in supporting regular BMs.
