I am not sure if capsule vitamins work but if there is one that does it would likely be this one! Plus good taste/smell and no adverse side effects while taking like nausea.

This is my second pregnancy and I’ve used these prenatal vitamins for both. I do have to say that I don’t remember such a fishy aftertaste from my first experience with these (2022) perhaps the recipe has changed. Regardless I have no other complaints.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for over a year and a half and I don’t feel any difference in anything so I’ll be canceling my membership this year.

I’ve used the Ritual vitamins for years now and the most recent bottle tastes almost rancid? I’m not sure if there is a new formulation but I really don’t like the newest bottle. I actually think I’m going to toss this bottle and just wait for next months to start up again.

I couldn’t even get through my first bottle. I was getting the worst burps after and it would make me melee nauseous than I already was.

I have been a user of Ritual Multivitamin 18+ for 3+ years now. I absolutely LOVE this product. One of the main reasons I take this multivitamin is because it is a delayed-release which makes help minimize (0% chance for me) nausea. Other brands, I am unable to take because they are not made like Ritual. I will always recommend this product!

I like this prenatal and I like that you can take it with or without food. The fish burps are pretty gnarly, but it goes away.

I really like this product. It has worked for me when nothing else has. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
