I contacted your companies support department after receiving a screen that I ordered from Amazon. I spoke to Jodi and she talked me through how to accurately measure my replacement screen and how to order my replacement screen. She gave me her direct contact number. I called her after receiving my screen and ordered another immediately! She was able to quickly match the Amazon price and that one too arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition!!

We ordered patio sliding screen door from you recently. It was custom made. Kids played soccer in the house and hit the bottom of the sliding door so hard that it bent. Needless to say it needed to be replaced. Husband went to Home Depot to get a standard sized screen door but it came 0.5 in short in length. We don’t have fancy house and we were surprised and worried. We thought we will have to spend thousands on custom made. We kept looking online for options and didn’t really see an affordable option. We even gave up on having a screen door. Two weeks into this dilemma, I opened Amazon website and saw “customizable” screen doors and windows. For a minute I thought I was dreaming. But I ended up going straight to your website and entered the dimensions I wanted and got the screen door for under $150. It came quickly too and the installation was easy. We can’t believe our luck! Thank you so much for saving us a lot of money. The quality is great! We are truly happy businesses like yours exist!

Upon notification to Ritescreen of discovered issues following receipt of my package, Ritescreen immediately responded to both matters (1 assumed and 1 real) Not reading directions (who needs them :) ) and not looking too hard, I contacted Ritescreen (via email) requesting that they send me screen spline (since I could not find any spline within the package) Ritescreen was very professional in their response, not critiquing me and responding in a derogatory manner. (it comes delibered within the frames!) I also notified Ritrescreen that the frames as received were bent and bowed - most likely caused during shipping - and that I was able to straighten all of them with only one section now having a slight buckle. Ritescreen sent me a complete replacement. The Ritescreen frames appear to be similar to those found in kits in the "large shoebox stores" BUT the Ritescreen spline is of a larger diameter thereby preventing any possible screenmesh "pop out". Finally, from this review, I believe it to be obvious that the customer service of Ritescreen is superior in all aspects

After 2 years I finally have the screen door for my patio door. Countless attempts to find a door from local retailers were not successful but this changed after finding the Ritescreen website. Follow the Instructions to get the measurements and order. Shipped quick, door assembled as expected. Absolutely no issues.

As I was wrapping up adding a pet grille to our new slider screen, I asked my wife how many of these I have installed lately--we moved 4 times in 5 years and installed 4 screen doors in the last 2 places. I was saying to my family that this door from RiteScreen is by far the nicest, sturdiest and best designed of any of them. I've had all the other screen doors made for me, not because I haven't made my own screens and repaired numerous times, but just for lack of good screen kits. I got this kit from RiteScreen for about $100 less than my local shop would build it for me, and I'm so glad I tried this out. The materials are truly top notch, the instructions are very clear, the pre-made cuts in this kit were perfect, and all parts were included and top quality. I love the door latch and lock--very sturdy and spot on with design. Only had one thing I had to change: for the latch hook that you screw into the channel on the side of the slider, I had to add small washers because the hook was not deep enough and wouldn't catch. Two small washers underneath and it latches like a champ and is really sturdy. Love it all. Will never look elsewhere for my screen doors or screens.

We ordered two custom-sized screens for a customer, since our local screen shop couldn't fill the order. The screens went together well, and felt very solid. It's great that RiteScreen sends a screen roller with the order. Ultimately our customer was happy with the screens, so we are as well. There was one ordering problem that was quickly and graciously resolved by RS.

I chatted with a representative and they were able to answer all my questions. Found out how to correctly measure for a new screen and got a $50 credit to boot! Ordered the screen and it shipped quickly and was delivered in a big tube (which the grandson thinks is a great toy!). Very easy company to work with.

I needed to replace the screen door to our slider. The RiteScreen door was easy to put together and looks great. This was much easier than trying to find a slider from the local big-box store. I just measured the opening using the instructions on the website and they sent me a custom sized door that fits perfectly. Great product.

It takes time and patience but is good door. Be careful to read the measurement instructions and follow them precisely. I ended up buying a second door because the first was a little too short, and this one’s a little too tall (but works).
