Perfect in every way

Had a defect with my initial order, but a replacement was quickly requested by the support team (Dana). Seemed easy to assemble.

When I purchased my door it was not made clear that the spline is on the outside causing an unsightly exterior. The Ritescreen Door that I purchased is the first door that I have ever seen with the spline on the exterior.

As soon as I provided photos of the missing sliding screen door parts, Jodi was quick to provide a replacement door. She was personable and courteous on the phone and provided an immediate solution to the issue I had with the first screen door shipment. Kudos to Jodi who was so quick to step in and save the day!

I had been looking for someplace or someone to replace my damaged window screens in my home for a while. I happened to find Ritescreen online. The process of ordering the screens was easy, my screens arrived within 2 weeks, they fit perfectly and look great!

Measurements were close but the were 1/16 over, 1/8 where the angles didn't line up perfectly The screen material cannot be tight, has to be loose or it tears The instructions didn't match what I had with wheel adjustment. Screws couldn't be backed out, they were not in at all. None of the weeks would retract inside the frame. I tried to install it as it is. With wheels not retracting, I didn't get them over the grove.

I had no assistance with a live human, and the instructions were not fully comprehensive. The 800 number is not in service. The quality is good though.

Great product, sturdy frame. The only complaint i have is with the wheel assemblies. They kind of chincy, with weak spring mechanisms.

I ordered 2 screens for 2 sets of sliding doors. The screens were delivered and it was easy for me to assemble. They look great and fit perfectly. I am very happy now that I can open the sliders for ventilation! Thanks Ritescreen!

I received a screen with some bent areas in the frame. The packaging was excellent. Suspect the frame was not to specification prior to shipment, not sure. Called customer service. Short wait time, the respondent was quick to address the issue. Replacement was rapidly processed with request for photos of the screen delivered. The replacement arrived in one week. Exactly as ordered. For the expense and options with a custom screen, there are no equals. This is like I remember growing up, where a company put the customer first.

All went well.

The material is very easy to use. The only catch is that you need the right tools (like a very fine-toothed saw) to cut the aluminum, and you need to hold the aluminum frame pieces just right: Firmly enough that they don't move around, and you get a straight cut, but not too tightly, because the aluminum bends very easily. I was able to put new bug screens on a few windows so far, and when I have time, I'll deal with a few more. Everything went as expected, I'm happy with the purchase.
