I had bought 5 sliding door screen kits and was very pleased with the quality and strength of the materials and the excellent instructions. Unfortunately, the metal vertical member in one kit was somehow damaged, but when I called customer service, Jeff quickly sent me a replacement. RiteScreen does it right!!

Got my new screen promptly in great condition. Latch closure had a small issue and Ritescreen customer service replaced it quickly and seamlessly

I received the product damaged by the courier and was offered a replacement right away. Also after it turned out the item wasn't right for my window being my window is an older Andersen version I received a refund immediately. impeccable customer service.
