The received mesh screen had a small defect but a quick call to Ritescreen customer service and a replacement mesh screen was promptly sent.

Great solution for custom screens

I was happy with the first screen I ordered in the spring. I ordered 4 more and the quality has really dropped. There are gaps in all the corners making them a little too large to fit well. One of the four was easy to install, 2 were a real fight and I still haven't been able to get the last one in. It's 1/16" larger than what I ordered, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is enough to make it hard to install.

Good company, very responsive and good quality product.

The door is very expensive and yet you have to assemble it yourself. Additionally, despite custom measurements, the door comes with decorative molding and doesn’t fit properly so it sticks horribly.

I called the company and they were very helpful. I plan on using them again to replace the other windows!

Ordered a DIY custom patio screen door. Cheaper than the big box stores after using promotional pricing. Simple instructions, 3 times the quality of same price or even more expensive sliders and the inclusion of pet screen was great! The screen was tough enough that I had to use a razor to cut it, scissors wouldn't cut all the way through. I would recommend (and I intend to buy for all my investment properties) this door to anyone wanting great quality and great price. So, quality is excellent, functionality is excellent, value is excellent, price almost can't be beat! I recommend this as a buy.

Inner door handle was missing. Called today and was told to expect a call back. 215-968-1873

Good: Custom size available. Bad: Edges on rails bent when received and had to straighten. - Falls off of bottom rail often. Needs deeper grooves in wheels. - Latch mechanism jammed and had to take apart to put spring back in position. Still does not move smoothly.

Was told by customer service to deduct 3/8” from the height of the door. Should have used the true measurement because my door is too short - doesn’t reach the upper track.

All went together smooth! Parts fit together nicely, turned out great
