The duvets are lovely; however, I was disappointed to see that a special offer for free towels with a first duvet purchase was introduced shortly after I placed my order. I purchased a duvet set that wasn’t on sale (despite there being a site-wide promotion at the time), and as a first-time customer it was disappointing to miss out on this offer. I was hoping you might be able to advise whether the promotion could be applied retrospectively or if a goodwill gesture could be considered.

Pricy you might think, but you get what you pay for - well made with very useful tabs to indicate short and long side. This is my second order for Rise and Fall’s amazing fitted king size sheets. Beautiful quality cotton and fantastic easy to fit sheets which stay put. They wash well and when dried in the tumble dryer, if you are allergic to ironing as I am, a quick swipe across the sheet once fitted on the mattress is all that is required to give a lovely smooth finish! Highly recommended.
