I would love to order so much from them because I just love the quality. Shipping was so fast which was impressive, however, the return process is not easy as you have to email customer service to get a return approved and I'm having trouble getting them to respond. There is no phone number to call. With this in mind, I may not order from them in the future which is so disappointing.
