Ordering was easy and delivery quick.

Prompt delivery, perfect packaging, excellent product. Thank you!

Ordering and delivery were fine

Excellent service. Quick delivery. Easy to use website. Highly recommend.

The shipping was quick and the items were well packaged. The service was excellent and my order was as expected.

Very pleased with the product, not so pleased I didn't receive my 2 free pillowcases as advertised pointed this out on day of delivery and was told it was my fault as I didn't tick a box confirming I wanted to receive these!! Why wouldn't I want them. Will now think very hard before making another. Adrian Charles Hawkins

Ordering, delivery and returns were all fine, as I only kept two items I was disjointed with the fit of the rest of my order.

Genuinely the best sheets I have ever bought and worth every penny for a luxurious feel and great nights sleep

Brilliant service - ordering is easy, delivery is on time and quality control is superb.

Excellent

Very nice feel to these sheets. Quality is great. Shipping was reasonably quick. I wish there were more colour ways to choose from, that would be the only negative feedback.. I would love to see a stripe, pattern, even a dark green available in Australia. I came back to an abandoned cart about 8 times because I just didn’t love the colour choices. I ended up choosing dark blue as my husband works in construction and I’ve learned that we can’t have light coloured sheets. Hopefully you’ll have a few different options soon as I’d love to order another set!

Just wonderful in every way. Perfect website, perfect delivery and, of course, perfect clothing.

Easy to order, speedy delivery and good communication!

I had been looking to buy your fitted sheets for some time but had held out until a renovation project was complete. I was already excited by the grippy edges, but what I wasn’t expecting was a surprise jewel in the crown! I have a super kingsized bed, and anyone who has one will know that it is nigh on impossible to feel confident that you’re going to be putting it on the right way around because there’s only 20cm difference between the short side and the longer side. The fact that this is labelled on your fitted sheets is even better than the grippy edges!

Ordering process fine.

A lovely sheet. washes beautifully and feels so soft. Only problem was getting it on the mattress as it was a very tight fit.

Absolutely five star quality and the most comfortable bedding I have ever experienced outside luxury hotels. The customer service was outstanding after an initial issue which was dealt with immediately once a technical issue was resolved

Prompt delivery

Lovely sheets. Crisp and perfect. Arrived promptly. Good value. Love the little bag. Excellent all round,

Oversize cashmere wrap is light and warm and gorgeous.
