Amazing customer service and support with my missing delivery.

Bought as a Christmas present for my mum and she loves it. It’s very soft and a lovely colour. However in person, it is a smaller/thinner scarf than depicted in the image which is a bit disappointing, but I suppose justifiable for the sale price as it’s 100% cashmere.

Customer service got back on query to amend order, but said it was too late as item had been packed. Seems packing was done in under 24 hours but item left warehouse almost a week later!
