Polite, helpful member of staff who dealt with the issue. Item promptly replaced

excellent

It was good and efficient

Good customer care, however I would have liked to add an item to my order which I had only just submitted but as I wasn’t able to speak to anyone as you don’t appear to have a customer service telephone number, I had to pay two delivery charges as my email was not picked up until the following day.

I like using this site. I always want to buy way more than I need. I trust the quality and although not cheap I think it’s good value as it lasts.

Good service

Service was fine, prompt.

Excellent and quick delivery.

Bought for a small double. Couldn’t believe the quality! Stunning. Will buy again. Washed well. Great price for such an amazing sheet,

Outstanding quality. Delighted with both towels and sheets. . will be ordering more for guests. It would be great if you supplied a bath mat to match the towels. !

Absolutely delighted with my purchase and the wonderful support from your customer care team especially Marjorie. I will definitely recommend and will buy again.

Taken care of wonderfully

Love this cardigan!

Always excellent service.

Great service and product!

Loving it very much!

Excellent. I wanted to swap cotton sheets for linen as I loved the linen so much - super easy and no cost to me. Very impressed and satisfied🤩

Love R&F bedding, have it on 5 beds in total. With the summer being sooo hot replaced the flat sheets that I got rid of a few years ago cos I never used them, Crisp and Cool does it what it says on the tin - keeps you cool and stays crisp!

Ordering process really good

Really pleased with the fitted sheet at last I have found one that stays put and fits the bed perfectly the material is very comfortable as well
