Good customer care, however I would have liked to add an item to my order which I had only just submitted but as I wasn’t able to speak to anyone as you don’t appear to have a customer service telephone number, I had to pay two delivery charges as my email was not picked up until the following day.

I like using this site. I always want to buy way more than I need. I trust the quality and although not cheap I think it’s good value as it lasts.

As yet I cannot say what they are like as I went on holiday the day they came. But regarding shipping I never had notification from you as to say they had been sent and to be delivered by Royal Mail. Normally Riyal Mail would notify me they were going to be delivered. I left my house for half an hour to find when I came back they had been delivered and were in my dustbin. If I had left that morning they would have been dumped. When I know a parcel is due and I am not there my neighbour will take it in. Due to poor communication I do not think I will use this site again even if I found the product was excellent.
