I feel like I was misled, I assumed that based on your company name, you were part of Rigid Industries. My purchase experience was fine, but I feel that your company has deliberately chosen the company name that you use for the sole purpose of taking business from Rigid Industries.

Stellar customer service. Extremely personable and guided me on outfitting my truck with a personal phone call that lasted 30 min. Cleaned up my order and cut a few items that I didn’t know I didn’t need and saved me a lot of money! Lights arrived in a very timely manner!

Great product. Great website.

I sent an e mail about defective switches and havent herd back so dissapointed not to here back from a company of this size

Like the lights.

great communication

We received the lights very quickly.

Well protected packaging

Great prices highly recommend

Excellent customer service, ordered two light pods that came with hardware ,mount and brackets, plus ordered to mounts for some older pods i had, they called me to tell me they wouldn't work with the lights I ordered, explained my situation, thanks for calling me to check before sending out. That doesn't happen very often. Thanks again outstanding service

They made it quick and easy! Also suggested an alternative that I am very happy with.

Great product!

Total experience 5Star!!!!

Very helpful when I had to call

Showed up quickly, unfortunately never got the chance to install on my truck as the aftermarket (unaffiliated with Rigid Light Shop) bracket I had was terrible. Return process was easy and was very thankful for that! Will be a customer in the future.

Very easy to install and look incredible

I love the rigid shop they sell high-quality product. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service and communication! Parts arrive as described and worked perfectly

I love these lights and had them on my truck for eight years. They still look brand new. The service they give is unbelievable such a bright white light. There is no substitute.
