Excellent customer service, ordered two light pods that came with hardware ,mount and brackets, plus ordered to mounts for some older pods i had, they called me to tell me they wouldn't work with the lights I ordered, explained my situation, thanks for calling me to check before sending out. Very helpful when I had to call

Showed up quickly, unfortunately never got the chance to install on my truck as the aftermarket (unaffiliated with Rigid Light Shop) bracket I had was terrible. Return process was easy and was very thankful for that! Will be a customer in the future.

I love these lights and had them on my truck for eight years. They still look brand new. The service they give is unbelievable such a bright white light. There is no substitute.

This is my second pair of Rigid driving lights and the quality is best there is. I drive long distances on country roads with unpredictable wildlife and my Rigid lights are an necessity.
