I must admit, the order process was not super smooth. I ordered a light from the Bargin area, (last item) and completed the purchase. Only to find out the item sold before I completed my transaction. Or the system didn't update beforehand. The local retail owner reached out to me and made it right. Item shipped within 24 hours with tracking and at my door overnight. I am pleased with the service and quality of the light bar. Will be doing business again here.

I feel like I was misled, I assumed that based on your company name, you were part of Rigid Industries. My purchase experience was fine, but I feel that your company has deliberately chosen the company name that you use for the sole purpose of taking business from Rigid Industries.

Excellent customer service, ordered two light pods that came with hardware ,mount and brackets, plus ordered to mounts for some older pods i had, they called me to tell me they wouldn't work with the lights I ordered, explained my situation, thanks for calling me to check before sending out.
