We bought the Pixel rug and a thin rug pad; both arrived folded up but otherwise ready-to-go; the rug took a few days to fully flatten, but the pad helped. Trimming the pad was easy but definitely use sharp scissors! The colors of the rug are beautiful and the color online was true-to-life.

The swatch for the Zwina rug was extremely helpful because it contained a little bit of each color from the actual rug. We ended up buying the full sized rug, and the sample was a perfect rendition of the quality and materials. This is so much nicer than a cheap, thin printed rug from an aggregate site. I cannot explain how luxurious this feels.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hand-knotted wool "Caden" was far thicker than I'd anticipated. . . true QUALITY. Despite being a smaller size (5x8), this rug is HEAVY!!! *No need for a thick carpet pad; a simple slip-resistant liner will do. * The fibers are wonderfully DENSE and soft. The greens are perfectly subdued tones, and the orange accent adds a magnificent touch of color and whimsy.

I was so looking forward to receive this rug for our new house. Upon receiving it (fast delivery so 1 star for that), I was puzzled to notice that the ACCENT TURQUOISE COLOR WAS MISSING. You can faintly see the outline of the blue but it's just not there. . . . . I understand sometimes the actual product may be different from product images. But upon looking through other people's reviews, it's so apparent that my rug is entirely missing the blue parts! I promptly emailed the customer service because other than that, I really did like the product but the blue point was what really sold the rug to me so I wanted to get my money's 100% worth. They responded to me promptly and also agreed that it looks seem unusual with the product I received. But because they hadn't received any other complaints from other customers, there was nothing they could do. They only offered partial refund (10%) and because the rug was out of stock in the sizes I wanted, I could not exchange it for a new product. I also did not want to wait it to get restocked with no rug in my living room so I had no other choice but to be stuck with my defective rug. Nothing a consumer can do other than hope you're lucky and receive a good product. Disappointed in how Revival Rug's cs team handled the whole communication really.
