I had no problem ordering the rug online. Came in a timely fashion. We let the rug lie flat for a couple of weeks without putting furniture on it to smooth it out (it's a large rug).

I was really pleasantly surprised by this rug. It's incredibly soft underfoot. The colors are beautiful (a touch more vibrant than in the images). The quality is very good. I use this rug in my bathroom for a bit of color and I'm in love with it.

I recently purchased the ridge is the pink/jam color and it’s so pretty. It’s a muted pink. It really bought my living room together.

The shipping process was smooth. Since this rug was a pre-order, we expected it to arrive by the end of May, but it arrived two weeks early, which was a pleasant surprise.

The rug is great. Ties in beautifully in my office. It's lightweight but not cheap-looking. We did not add a rug pad. If you want a cushion, then I suggest adding one.

I’ve used both the thinner and plush pads for my Revival rugs and much prefer the Plush Pad. They do not puff the thin-profiled rugs too much and are extra comfortable.
