The staff at Resmed hornsby are wonderful people. Very keen to serve. I really appreciate their service. It is clear however, there is a major need for some serious and comprehensive product and product care training. For example does Resmed have a recommended standard way of cleaning their equipment. I walked into CPAP Direct to ask a question. The staff were confident in answering my questions but better still they handed me a smallA2 leaflet with simple machine/mask/tube care and cleaning instructions. (Their care and keenness to help was great even though I didn't buy anything. ) If Resmed had something as simple as that it would greatly improve customer after care.

I chose to “click and collect” and was very happy with the prompt friendly service I received. In addition, I had made an error in size in my order, which the ResMed technician, quickly rectified. He encouraged me to try on a sample to ensure I had the right size before I left the store.
