Obviously there are more than one Susan Armstrong’s in your database. I have been given receipts and appointments in another state. No matter how many times I try to sort it out ( by calling the 1300 number) and being put through to Moonee Ponds, I still keep getting her information. I have rung Golden Grove office ( in SA where I live) as well. Now I’m suddenly getting invoices which I have never seen before. I’m not happy about it and I doubt if the other Susan Armstrong is either. It is of course a breach of confidential information.

Just because you wear XL clothing doesn’t mean you need an XL mask. I went with a smaller size after advice from knowledgeable staff in Dandenong, and it’s made all the difference—no leaks and it works really well. Great fit great product.

Supposedly I can use it on my Airsense 11 but in reality, I need to purchase a different hose and fitting, which I am still trying to work through.
