Overpriced
I booked my CPAP in for the free check up. The filter was not replaced as part of the free service. The machine prompted me to replace the filter only 6 weeks after it was service. Because I bought the wrong size so I know it was not replaced and was quite dusty. The machine was only 3 months old when i took it in.
Design good. Quality of the foam not good. Too soft & flimsy for good support. I would have paid a little more for better quality foam.
Great service better still the explain everything as understanding these cpap machine can sometimes be very difficult

Had nothing but poor support with Resmed. I've been trying to setup a support call for two weeks and they keep calling when I am at work. I book for after work and they don't call, or they call two hours later. Literally wasted my money on the trail since they won't call me when I schedule it. I called the number this afternoon and some guy asks multiple times what the issue is instead of listening. The current settings make me full of air, my eyes and head feel sore for 24 hours as if it's going to pop.
