I’m quite happy with this product. After using it, I snore much less and can usually sleep through the night. It took some time to get used to, but now it feels comfortable and helpful.

I purchased mask and Airsense11 from Bella Vista branch and staffs were very helpful and nice. Only downside was stock level was not good e. g. last week i wanted to purchase mask wipe and it was out of stock. . . , week before that I wanted to buy P30i mask and it was out of stock. . . so i had to go there again to pick up when it is available. . . this is one and a half hour drive on sunday. . . so i only want to make one trip rather then 2 trip if i can.

I shouldn't have to buy an SD card to get at my raw data. Every other produce I gives you access. Myair end user app is useless

I have been having difficulty with escaping air and noises (and keeping my wife awake) so had to try a number of different types of mask to solve the problem. The full face mask did it for me and my wife gets a full nights sleep. Yah!

The customer service was not very friendly. I asked twice about the price of the filter because I wanted to make sure I had the correct price. However, the staff member appeared impatient when answering my question. Unfortunately, the price I was given turned out to be incorrect, which was exactly why I had asked twice in the first place. I only discovered the mistake after I got home. . The call centre staff is very lack of knowledge. everything has to refer to the store. even a price of a product they don't even know.

I use this frame since I bought the machine 5 years ago. However, I recently bought this newly model N30 frame, it’s the worst. No like the previous model (also N30) - it has an air ventilation, and I can sleep. With this new one, there is no air ventilation, it’s so uncomfortable, it changes the air pressure due to lack of ventilation, and it gives me headaches the next morning, and I can not sleep well ever since.
