The young lady Quinn who served us, was very polite ,patient, caring, very informative, and made this very unique experience less stressful for me! The weekly appointments for the first month were just what I needed, face to face. Every week we discussed many ups and downs, and I am still a work in progress! At this stage my Sleep Doctor apparently wants me to go into hospital for a sleep study! When i did the home study, I stopped breathing over 500 times , and was then diagnosed with severe sleep apnea! Since being on the machine i have managed to lower my apneas to 10. So this is really good news!

Pillow is way too small find I keep waking up with sore neck and also air coming in all night and keeps waking me up

Re the shipping - I ordered 2 bottles of the Pure Liquid Soap. They arrived quickly were very well packaged but one of the bottles was leaking. It wasn't much and not worth returning but I would recommend securely taping around the cap before packaging.

Purchase replacement water ta ka and face masks.
