I found that the process was very easy. The customer advisor was very nice. She looked after me, answering all my questions with knowledge. Took time to explain the workings of the machine. Setting up the cpap machine showing me what i can change. The really great thing was that you got to take 2 masks home to try. I came back every week to change them, this can be done for 1 month. This was the best idea. Some work better than others. Some were uncomfortable. This meant that you didn't waste money buy different ones. Well done Resmed. Thank you.

I carefully read the description and image of the Resmed Chin strap before buying it. When it couldn’t do as promised, I sent a complaint. The response email told me I probably ordered the wrong size as , "The strap is designed to both support the chin and cover the mouth, helping to prevent mouth opening during sleep, which can reduce air leaks and improve therapy effectiveness for users who breathe through their mouth at night. ” However when I respond telling them my chin strap was marked LARGE (the correct size) they responded with , "Most chin straps are intended to support the chin and gently encourage the mouth to stay closed, rather than fully cover both areas at once. If you find that the strap only supports your chin or covers your mouth (but not both), this is a common limitation depending on facial shape and size. ” This product is deceptive at best and possibly a deliberate rip off. It cost close to $2,000 for my Resmed CPAP kit and now they stained their reputation over a $30 chin strap!!
