RESMED service is always excellent but I have a problem with the size of face mask and cushion. I require a small mask with medium cushion but the mask seems only to come with a small cushion. I find this inconvenient, not to mention the fact that I pay for a cushion that I cannot use. I would love to see more flexibility in this matter.

I got the wrong filters for my mask an air pillow , I’ve been infomed that the mask doesn’t have any filter at all ! So do you take a return of the filters ?

Had a sleep study with them, and got a comprehensive report. Decided to buy on the spot. They suggested different ways to access CPAP including trial rentals. With my machine they suggested different mask options and gave me options to try for free for a month. After the sale, they rang 3 times over a week to answer questions and offer suggestions. Very good aftercare.
