Staff were friendly and knowledgeable with product information and tips.

Apparently there is some form of monthly ? plan when wishing to purchase masks etc. Waffled on about something I was not the least bit interested in, showing me the paraphernalia. All I wanted was to make my purchase and leave. I have never came across this in any of my other visits to the store

The price is too expensive-

The trap cannot be tightened enough. I was told the female was pink as it’s slightly smaller and the male was blue. Have I been sent the wrong strap as mine is blue?
