I ordered a connector for my a Air mini F20 mask You sent the wrong N20. Connector & refused to accept your error Staff are not easy to deal with & are a poor example of customer focus

I ordered two chinstraps. Went to collect them and I was told 'ohh we only have one'. No resolution, wanting to refund and wash their hands. Shocking customer service. I have made a complaint to ACCC. A business cannot sell what they don't have.

Just bought my second Resmed after 7 years. Just been to Canada on holidays and it worked beautifully.
