Had a small issue with the cable powering my HT1205. It was resolved immediately the following day.
My REL HT-1205mk1 subwoofer developed a fault which resulted in no sound. With a bit of online homework I discovered that these units were prone to capacitor issues. I, through email spoke to Wendy, and explained my issues. From this she was very understanding and eager to help. Several emails and a home address passed on REL had sent me a brand new subwoofer amplifier panel which was very easy to fit. All I was asked to do was to forward on a few photos of the old amplifier and this seemed to satisfy a free warrantee return. I cannot fault the excellent customer service and the very quick turnover on this faulty unit replaced, a real credit to REL, thank you.

I contacted the support team and was unsure if my speaker was under warranty at all. They said it was and proceeded to help me with my issue. The replacement part arrived quickly and worked perfectly. Thank you for such a quick response and attentiveness.
Despite some early confusion the service from REL on my old T3 has been excellent and in a different class to other companies I have had to deal with recently. Therefore a company I would recommend without reservation and one I will use again.

The REL subs I have -Carbon Specials- are fantastic and well made. When I had a small issue, I reached out to REL and was able to resolve the issue through phone and their response was great

something I should have done years ago, I can't believe how much your T/5X subwoofer has elevated my hi-fi set up and records in such a way unable to express in mere words, I have noticed sounds on music i have had since the mid 80's and its like where the heck did that come from, take for example i'm a huge a-ha and Depeche mode fan; i'm hearing sounds and basslines like never before the warmth and dynamics are off the charts, i would upload photos but the property i'm in at the moment because of the shape of the room, the photos wouldn't give any justice but be rest assured i definitely will, plus i'm planning on a second T/5X when i have dedicated music room, but so far a sincere thank you for lifting my music to a higher level, thank you
I recently purchased a Classic 99 from HiFi Loft and am very pleased with how it enhanced the tonality of my Triangle Magellan Quatuor speakers. I had a question for Rel support and received a very quick & thoughtful response from Jacob. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the support from Rel!
I use two REL Tzero MK3 to complete the stereo setup in my listening room. A perfect match. The hifi chain sounds like a much more expensive setup. The sound is very controlled and pure enjoyment. Thank you REL and Rob Hunt for your advisement.
Thanks for feedback for my query on ticket # (127737). I have additional questions added with graphical pictures depicting my request. Greatly helpful if you could help addressing my queries. Let me know if i should send out to additional email in the ticket, i can send once again. I in middle of making decision of purchasing two T/9X or one 550/s (Budget intended. )
Excellent service and advice
Have two S series 12” systems now with B&W 801 D4s- love it. Originally had 802 D1s that frankly was great after being advised I needed two S models in my 16x32 listening room. REL has been great to work with supporting questions as the usage progressed. Fine company with really nice products.
Thank you for replacing the amplifier. I wish it lasted longer as both my sub amps died.
These people know what they are doing!
