I enjoy the overall improvement the two REL T/7X have to the sound. Really amazing. What I don't like is that they are made in China. I don want to sleep with the enemy

REL is terrific! Not simply as a subwoofer company, but in every way.

Purchased the REL MkIII subwoofer to pair with my Black Ice Audio Fusion F22 Integrated Tube Amplifier. I’m using it in my office, which is about 110 square feet. Set Up was easy, after watching several “How To” Videos on the REL site. I found them to be very helpful as well as the “Support Section” on their site. I am using the HIGH LEVEL connection. While the sub is “small” it packs a nice punch when it comes to playing bass; sub is in the corner as recommended for best effects. Using it for both Vinyl with a Scout TT and a Denon CD/SACD Player. Couldn’t be happier to have that extra “depth” to my music.

Beautiful sound beasts! Not fully broken in, probably a lot more to learn and gain in the tuning process to get them fully locked into my system but…. they already have been heard, the lower richness of sound is clear, lower volume levels are producing a full sound stage. The only wish is that they had floor leveling feet. That's an easy one, you need to get that done!

I received it top-notch customer service after I submitted a query through their website after I purchased a brand new S550 subwoofer and the problem was resolved it with a very satisfactory result. The product is really super S introduced it by the boss, John Hunter, and other audio critics. build quality is above my expectation as well.

Had a question on wiring a Bassline Blue cable for my T-2 sub. There were conflicting instructions. I emailed REL and got clarification by return email. Everything seems to be working as expected.

I suffered a disaster when moving and lost the high level connection leads to my ancient REL Storm units. After weeks of searching I gave up and contacted REL. They responded by sending me a replacement set of leads inside a week. All in all a very efficient customer support service for which I am grateful.

With T/9x , my speakers have reached to another level , now they are sounding excellent.

The REL technical team was very helpful both during the subwoofer selection process and in resolving some technical questions I had. In the end, my new REL S/850 sounds awesome in every aspect.
