Jacob Van Sicle was very helpful in steering me in the right direction to hook up a REL Gibraltar 2 to my McIntosh MC 452 power amp. Internet instructions were very confusing on a couple of different sites so the instructions Jacob gave me was very helpful. Great Speaker and great company. Will definitely buy another REL product in the near future.

REL subwoofers are superbly built and engineered and their customer service team is very responsive and highly knowledgeable. REL subwoofers very 'musical' and perfect for Hifi setups.

Rob is first a gentleman. He is extremely knowledgeable about all matters HI FI. He believes to satisfy his customers first. No pushing, staying in budget, helping pick out best component and model for you. If i need more HI FI equipment, Rob would be the 1st person I would contact. They have a very large selection of HI FI equipment and special rooms to listen to those systems.

Excellent communication and customer service. Lots of helpful information. Unfortunately, Clay Parker didn't finish the conversation that I needed to purchase the sub. But, I was still satisfied with the details and the audio advice.

Rel customer service was amazing. I had a problem with my T2 subwoofer, the driver was done. I explained my problem and they were so helpful. I was able to order a replacement driver and it brought my favorite subwoofer back to life!! I am extremely satisfied. Shipping was quick and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this brand.

Fast and clear answer

I got a prompt and clear reply on my queries about how I should connect the subwoofer to my amplifier that has a dual mono design. Wish I knew it before I made my purchase decision, i. e. buying one or a pair that is one step smaller. It is still helpful.
