I am so impressed with my REL HT 1205 MKII subwoofer. The cabinet is beautifully finished and the sound is excellent. The subwoofer integrates perfectly with my existing speakers and the bass flows seamlessly throughout the music and videos I play in my home theatre configuration.

Having tried different subs from different brands, Rel definitely takes a different approach and you can hear the difference. My REL T9x sub widens my systems overall soundstage yet disappears in it giving a bass sound that is not heavy on the ears. I love the REL approach to bass!

I am a new and recent REL customer (purchased two HT 1205 MKII Sub's). Since this new purchase I am finding out that REL and John Hunter really know good sound and they know how to make quality Subwoofers that effortlessly and easily make my current 5. 1 speaker system sound so much better for movies and especially make music sound fantastic. 5. 1 music recordings are exceptional and these HT series REL sub's make musical instruments sound more realistic especially Drums and bass guitars. Even at lower volumes the REL Subwoofers give a nice full sound with great Low freqency bass notes, also making my full range speakers sound more balanced all the way up to the high frequency tweeters. So far i'm a proud REL owner and will probably purchase another REL sub for my two channel system. Also the REL support team is very helpfull to me answering all my questions and giving good tips and advice. I totally recommend REL to anyone who want's good sound and build quality and appreciates good customer support. Two Thumbs Up!!

I reached out to get advice on speaker matching because my speakers were a bit dated. I made a few follow up questions. I got prompt and clear advices. I am going to go to my local dealer to get my first subwoofer.

Given the complexity of our home cinema installation, we turned to REL for advice on selecting and positioning our two subwoofers (REL T/9x). We greatly appreciated the quality of the technical support and the thoroughness of the information provided to us.

I was unsure about whether to buy a subwoofer or not for listening to 2 channel music on my KEF R3 Meta stand mount speakers I spent a lot of time reading reviews but was unable listen to subs because the brick-and-mortar stereo stores have disappeared. I called REL and had an excellent conversation with Dermot who assuaged all my concerns. I ordered the T/7x from REL and it was delivered quickly. I am so happy with my decision. The T/7x manual was clear and integration was easy. The KEFs already sounded great by themselves but the improvement with the T/7x for listening to music is fantastic.

Bought T5. Integrates very well with my floorstand speakers. Tight and articulated bass. Especially appreciate it sounds the same at different levels. Recommended! Gert

The subwoofers are good ,but the configuration is unclear.

Our customer’s sub amp quit right after the warranty term expired and they couldn’t quickly locate their proof of purchase. REL service repaired the amp and returned it to us with a sizable charge. Finally the proof was found, and the repair was covered under warranty. Great service and communication with your staff!

I had questions about their new line and we had a great conversation that was informative and helpful in making my decision in which products to purchase. I was already a REL owner just trying to up my game on new subs. The best part, I was able to talk with a real human.

Jacob was so nice and patient with me and helped me with my queries. I guess replies could have been quicker, but that was likely because it was around Christmas.

When you purchase from REL you can rest assure they stand behind there products. If anything goes wrong they will do their best to make it right as they have demonstrated to me.

Almost 15 year old pair of subs brought back to great condition with quick and reasonable service by REL. Who can ask for better service in this day and age. Kudos to the team. Best in the new year and beyond. Regards
