The folks at Rel are top notch, I sent them a email about the issue I was having with my HT1205 sub( I have a pair of them) apparently something happened to the amp and the driver also froze up, they sent me new parts and were very patient with all of my emails and questions and now the house is rocking again, side note the sub was still under warranty. Thank you to the whole team.
The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent products. I had a Carbon Special in my system unfortunately I had to let go as it size was enormous for my room
I got T9/x because it had a no questions asked 60day trial return offer, but by the second day I decided that it was staying put in my system. It not only fills the lower end of the bass, it also opened up and widened the sound stage. The frequency and volume adjustments allow fine tuning to a solid natual bass sound without booming.

Love my t9x stereo pairs setup, however the humming that I get from them is really annoying. It would be great if the high level wire was shielded. Tried all the suggestions to alleviate , nothing worked.
