I was rather shocked when my rel s/3 failed completely after only about 8 years. I learned that it's difficult to get it repaired unless you send it back to them directly, for $600. I realized that was my only choice so I did it. I was told it would take 2 months to get it back to me, very surprising. In fact, it took 3 months! The good thing is that it now works perfectly, and the customer service people were personal and helpful by email. Apparently they are severely understaffed. In the end, I am just very happy that it works again. All of the internal components are glommed over with some kind of plasticized substance so there is no way you could try and repair it on your own or with a local repair shop. I suppose it is sealed to avoid the low frequencies from loosening things up. It's worth contacting the company if you're having trouble. They are slow but helpful.
I bought a pair of the HT1003 MK II after a demo. from my nearest REL dealer. Set-up is easy, and they pair very nicely with the Paradigm 200b. I love the size of these, as well, as I donāt have a lot of space to work with. I would say that they perform well above their weight class.
Great service but it is taking a little long to repair and return my sub.
I have had an REL subwoofer for a couple of years and it developed a fault. I enquired with REL about troubleshooting and they sent me a new amplifier module free of charge and very quickly. Simple to switch over and my sub is back to pumping out lovely bass! Amazing service, thank you.

REL was responsive, and quick to offer a solution. Replacement part shipped internationally arrived about 1 week from opening a support request. Itās awesome when manufacturers stand behind their product even when not obligated to!

Excellent service; my questions about my Rel T7i and T7x subwoofers were answered quickly. These subwoofers are truly fantastic.
My subwoofer needed to be repaired. My experience with REL customer service was great. They were very responsive to my issues and questions. The repair/replacement of the amp was dragging on, and once it hit their time SLA, they reached out and offered me an upgrade version. I appreciate that level of customer service and desire to make their customers happy.
