Have owned REL subs since 2003 and nothing beats their musicality and easy setup.

Great customer service. Asked some questions about which sub would be best for me and if placement was an issue. All emails answered in a timely manner. Professional and friendly ideal combination for me.

Love your website, very informative. Am very excited about getting oneof the Tx5s Subs later in the year but not excited about only having a gloss finish to choose from. Certainly something I’m going to have to find a solution to. Wont stop me getting one though.

When it worked. It really sounded good. However we've run into a problem which is currently being looked into by my dealer and yourselves. It's making me nervous about possibly moving up the line.

I finally got around to replacing my single home theater subwoofer with a pair of T/9x subs. I have monoblock amps and REL says that two subs are needed. They have worked out really well. I tuned the crossover using the Stereophile Test CD and adjust volume (slightly) as the subs break in and upstream equipment is changed. These are fine subs and are perfect matches for my system.

I just can't faukt this organisation. Ben called the following day after I had taken delivery to make sure everything was ok. I said it was but had a slight problem in pushing the mains plug home. He did tell me it could be stiff as this ensures a good connection. Anyway, I dio as he suggested and it worked perfectly. Many thanks…. a great product and great company.

Let me get my REL first, as I've had two CS's before i know they are great. Mine have been gone two months now i traded them for two 212 BS and i miss them a lot but next week my 212's arrive so happiness should return in a big way. Cheers
