Your technical information helped me resolve many questions about connecting my stereo system to the T/5X. Thank you very much.
I have dealt with Jacob over the past few years building my system changing my amplifiers and upgrading my subwoofers ton4 units a/812. Without his help I never would have bought more than 1 as I’m not that great a tinkerer and small adjustments on a sub wasn’t my thing, but Jacob had a way of keeping me interested. Given the man a Christmas bonus 🎄

Excellent subwoofer. As I think the manufacturer of my main stereo speakers gilds the lily in saying they’re-2db at 34hz- complete rubbish- I set the s850 crossover at 80hz. Higher than recommended, but I want a low note on a cello (65hz) to sound real, and a note below 100hz on a grand piano to sound big: in reality a Steinway Model D (which I own), has a big sound. My speakers produce a restricted almost constipated bass. The s850 with cross over set at 80hz remedies these mediocre speakers
Had a problem with rel arrow v3 causing humming through subwoofer,contacted Rel on line describing said problem was contacted morning after and within 2 days received replacement send and receive transmitters,great response and brilliant service. many thanks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After buying my first rel (The T-One) I would NEVER consider buying another brand of subwoofers. I probably wouldn't take another brand if it were free. . . . . . . well I guess I would and then I would sell it and buy another Rel!!!

Amazed at the knowledge of your advisors. REL has a subwoofer for every size room. Being a retired Physicist I'm "VERY IMPRESSED" with REl utilizing science as its approach to quality and sound instead of gimmicks, or unnecessary electronic voodoo used by competitors.
I was a little confused when hooking up a new pair off Carbon Special Black Labels and the retreat worked with me and TMR together it resolved. Love the subs!
Well, it was not completely smooth, but in the end all worked perfectly. My replacement driver is perfect and sounds amazing, how it was initially developed. A bit strange gap of spare parts cost from EU distributors comparing to direct purchase, though. Anyway, happy to deal with the customer's support and orders support teams. Thank you!

I have a older REL sub. I own the S3 SHO. I have owned many subs by other well known companies. REL subs are a high quality product in looks, build, components and sound. There is no other sub in the market that performs how a REL performs. (REL is not something you listen too, REL is something that you experience). REL customer care is far superior then any audio brand that I been in contact with. My REL sub is the most substantial positive change in my system. It was NOT DAC's, streamers, amplifiers, speaker cables, power cables or stuff like that. Yes lots of those things make difference. Some more then others. Stop switching equipment constantly in and out and save that money. Do yourself a favor and buy a REL acoustics sub. Also listen to the wonderful people at REL Acoustics, and buy the sub they recommend. They only do subwoofers, and they are the only subwoofer you should buy. Thanks REL for your hard work, passion and dedication.

I'm a big fan of the REL products, not just because of their looks, but because I spent months researching and listening to them (especially the T/9x that I'm interested in buying—actually, two of them!). But I also have to emphasise the quality of the amazing Help and Support Center they have, ready to resolve any problem and answer all my questions! I can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you so very much for all of your help!
I was somewhat 'at sea' in setting up my REL subwoofer but the customer support (via email) was excellent. It took a couple of days to get a response but one would come providing answers or suggestions in a patient manner.
REL shipped me a replacement plate amplifier quickly and it is back up and running!
