S/510 amazing!
The first time I listened to REL was with two S/510s that replaced other subs costing twice as much. The impression was huge. Details in the high frequencies immediately appeared, and the midrange became more transparent. I did not expect that result from subwoofers. Extraordinary.

I love my RET/5X and Classic 98
I bought both the T/5X and Classic 98. The T/5X is for my new Magnepan LRS+, while the Classic 98 for my Cain & Cain BEN horn with 45/2A3 SET amp. Both subs are perfect match and bring out the beauty of the two systems. Treble, mid and bass are all improved. Transparency is improved. These subs are about sound quality; I can confirm that.

Upgrade from T/9i to S/510
just trade my 2 T/9i for 2 S/510. The difference is hiuge. The S/510 integrates much better with my Dynaudio Heritage Special. Better soundstage and 3D effects . Less boomy and more musical. This is a significant upgrade to my system

There must be " factory setting" for all Subs, and a video. Then the customer can be proactive or etc. . . Also, I am interested in replacing my two 8" subs with two 8" that would be complimenting the 15" predator. It can be old and inexpensive.

Service to answer questions and troubleshooting is great. The technical experts have always been there for me to answer questions and help me problem solve. My Carbon Special sub is great

First Class Customer Service
Absolutely first class customer service from the word go. It’s hard to believe that with today’s big companies only interested in profits with little customer support, yet I found myself feeling like I had the full VIP treatment with REL. Not only was my issue dealt with swiftly but the cost was substantially cheaper than I expected. I honestly thought I would have to deal with a supplier or agent to get anywhere but this was not the case and the guys in both technical and accounting went above and beyond. I rarely go overboard with praise on reviews but I can’t thank REL for all their support and this is certainly a justifiable review. In a nutshell, they obviously believe in their products and I’m certainly impressed with the quality of my T9 sub. (Which I purchased second hand) and not even directly from them and they still supported me. This experience only makes me want to purchase further REL products knowing they have your back covered should you need it. Keep it up as you’re a rare breed in these times.

Firstly my family loves the dramatic impact our HT1205 has with any content we watch & while the kids are gaming, so we were rather upset when our sub stopped working. One call to Ben & the team and I was immediately reassured that a solution would be found, after an exchange of emails & a further call we had a new amp module delivered and I was able to easily fit it at home myself. Sub was back in action within a week of going faulty! I was so impressed with the service that I’m now looking to invest in another sub for my listening room. Keep it up REL!

My experience is when something unexpectedly and suddenly doesn’t go according to plan, REL both locally (Australia) and in the UK give every support in sleuthing causes, offering excellent and patient support. I am midstream in such a process now that, so far, is not requiring me to (possibly unnecessarily) transport my two subs to a repairer 3 hours drive away. I am very grateful for this, which is not always the case with large / international companies!

This sub is exactly what I was after big enough to fill my room without being overpowering it has "opened up" my listening experience by letting the other elements "sing". Also your after sales and troubleshooting department have been exemplary.
