Great quality product. It was absurd how long it took me to receive the product, well over a month just for it to ship out. I inquired, they finally told me a shipping date & then it didn’t even ship out until a few days after the date I was told. Other than that I am very satisfied with the product itself.

The register cover was very well protected within the box and arrived quicker than expected which was a pleasant surprise.

A+ on the quality. Product arrived many weeks later than expected in the wrong finish. Had 3 conversations wondering why it’s taking so long and then I received a message they had so many orders to be patient as they wanted to give quality work. That they did but Wasn’t the Stainless Steel finish. Frustrated I didn’t want to wait another several plus weeks as this was for a client and they were not happy in the end .

We got these registers to add character to our newly built home. They are high quality and beautiful and achieve our goal of adding character and style. Highly recommend.

The machining and finish were flawless. Both the aluminum and steel plates were flat. Installation was easy and the best part is that it is done and we are enjoying the new look. Thank you Reggio!

I paid over $1,000 for a 40” × 20” return grille and the quality is completely unacceptable for the price. The grille is made from thin, flexible 18-gauge steel, arrived with a visible dent in the frame, and feels flimsy even before installation. This is not a premium product by any standard. Most of the aluminum supply vents in the same order also arrived with surface pits, shaved edges, and inconsistent finishing. Only the two smallest vents were free of defects, which points to poor quality control. Customer service initially acknowledged the issue and requested photos. After I sent detailed photos and followed up multiple times, communication stopped and no resolution was provided. For $1500 order, I expected premium materials, flawless condition, and professional follow-through. I did not receive any of those. I cannot recommend this company.

Worth the price. Despite a production backlog, I was lucky enough to talk to a customer service person onsite. She was fantastic and explained to me their entire supply chain (I asked) that was in fact, local! Mom and pop shops to slightly larger businesses in Pennsylvania. The products were shipped promptly, very well built and look great. I’m definitely a customer now.

Product is very nice! No colored fasteners were included had to make. Lead time is horrible - the 4-6 weeks should be bold and at top of page
