The finish is extremely textured, which was not indicated in the product listing or visible in the photos. This texture is inconsistent with the modern styling and so pronounced that it will be difficult to keep clean. We are now considering other options

Grill is metal, but vent is plastic and doesn’t open/close properly and isn’t attached to the grill. Also, vent doesn’t fit properly in opening.
