LOL I previously only understood floor registers as a unit not as components. I messed up and purchased a grill when what I needed was a complete floor register. So my first thought was, “Ha! They should change the name to Reggio Grills. ” Of course I now understand my mistake. Although in my defense the system did twice prompt me to carefully measure the inside dimension which made sense to me because the inside dimension of what I previously thought was a register is smaller than the top plate dimension. Anyway, my friends and I had a good laugh. It is a fine grill. Sturdy. Stylish. I. can’t use it as planned, by a friend can incorporate it into her artwork.

Excellent craftsmanship, well worth the money!

Exactly what I ordered.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.

Excellent customer service and excellent product!

Well packaged. Easy purchase, and they got all my sizes just right.

I bought the wood floor vent dampers, and they are perfect! I looked everywhere for something that would work, and these are the only ones that fit perfectly down in the vents. Thank you so much!!

great experience start to finish

This is our second custom grille order from Reggio. We ordered a much larger one this time, and fortunately, we were able to get the same design as the previous ones ordered. We appreciate the quality and the offerings of sizes, styles, and finishes that Reggio offers. This one is a 24" x 24" opening on a wall, so it had to be attractive as it isn't invisible. Reggio came through with an attractive piece that isn't aggressive when you walk by. Appreciate the optionality your site offers.

Took too long to come, but was impressed and satisfied happy with the product once it got here and got it installed
