great experience start to finish

This is our second custom grille order from Reggio. We ordered a much larger one this time, and fortunately, we were able to get the same design as the previous ones ordered. We appreciate the quality and the offerings of sizes, styles, and finishes that Reggio offers. This one is a 24" x 24" opening on a wall, so it had to be attractive as it isn't invisible. Reggio came through with an attractive piece that isn't aggressive when you walk by. Appreciate the optionality your site offers.

Great quality product. It was absurd how long it took me to receive the product, well over a month just for it to ship out. I inquired, they finally told me a shipping date & then it didn’t even ship out until a few days after the date I was told. Other than that I am very satisfied with the product itself.
