I just did business for the first time with these guys and I am impressed. I’ve worked in the aquatic and aquarium trade for 20 plus years and this by far is the best place to date. Very knowledgeable and they didn’t have the want to bs you into a sale. I personally will be making them the only place I buy from. The prices are value for the trade and their stock looks amazingly healthy over the entire store. I highly recommend this place and suggest you stop in to take a look at the least. Love my CFT Nano Frag Rack in atomic green! Adds a little extra pop to the tank and replaces the old egg crate rank I made myself years back. The shipping was super fast too! Looking forward to my next buy from Reef Chasers.

Packaging and delivery were excellent. The urchin died within 3 days and the duncan coral has not fully opened. All other corals and the fish are doing well.

Snails haven’t moved for 24 hours. Probably should get in touch.

I have been immersed in the world of marine fish keeping for 8 years now. I, like many made lots of mistakes getting started and struggled with disease and death in my aquarium. 3 years ago, after a velvet outbreak, I lost all but 5 of my fish but managed to successfully clear the disease from my display and treat my remaining fish. During my first order, one coral didn’t look as great as the others. I reached out to Reef Chasers support, and they quickly provided information and tips. Unfortunately, that coral went MIA. I contacted them again, and they offered great advice and gave me store credit for a replacement. The new coral arrived beautiful, just like the others! Highly recommend this shop!

Purchased 2 White Tail Yellow Eye Bristletooths from them. One for each aquarium. On Friday, 7 days after I received them, found the one dead. Tried to call them but they were closed. Emailed the next business day and then they told me it wasn't in their 7 day policy, to bad. Even tried to say I shouldn't put both in one tank. I never did, and that is why one died! Would never do business with them again! Was just about to place a very large order to start stocking a new 600 gal plus tank and cancelled it all. Poor service and garbage customer support! Find your fish elsewhere!
