I bought 20+ frags and received them last week. Hassle free beginning to end, and the corals are beautiful! Not only are the corals looking great, I received much more than advertised. Just as an example, a few Zoanthid frags I bought were supposed to be 4-6 polyps but were really twice that. And I have to absolutely mention the shipping and especially the packaging! Extra thick styrofoam box, heat pack, ventilation hole, all frags floating upside down in little frag cups…the entire experience was great! Thanks for making my first coral purchase since 2011 a giant success!

I had a pretty stressful experience with the shipping process, but I want to be fair about how everything turned out in the end. Communication with shipping started off a bit frustrating. I was told my delivery would arrive at a specific time, but then I received multiple “attempted delivery” notifications—even though no one actually came to my house, no note was left, and no one contacted me. It was especially confusing because I had been home and ready, and even adjusted things on my end to make sure the delivery could happen smoothly. Trying to get clear answers from the carrier was difficult and took multiple calls. That said, I really appreciated that the reef chasers stayed responsive and continued working with me while I tried to figure out what was going on. Once everything was sorted out, I was finally able to get my fish; and I’m happy to say it arrived alive and well. It was packaged very well. My yellow tang still had plenty of air and had no water leak even after a delayed delivery. Both reef chasers and I were relieved when it arrived. So while the delivery process itself was frustrating and could definitely be improved (though not of any fault of reef chasers), the end result was positive, and the animal arrived healthy, which ultimately matters most. If shipping logistics were more reliable, this would have been a much smoother experience overall. But I truly appreciate reef chasers reaching out and helping through the headache of ups!

My order came to me perfect. The fish were active, healthy, and happy. The price was Very reasonable. Best thing, I asked for delivery on one day but had to change the day, was handled with ease. Thank you Reef Chasers, will definitely buy from you again!

Everything arrived alive and on time. Packing was great except the labels, which came off while floating in the tank (no big deal). Only one frag came off its plug and was glued back with no issue. I will be back!

Excellent service, product and a new start into a 32gal bio cube. Coming from years ago where I built my first tank, life has changed. Corals are much smaller but access is greater. Grown on it should be great. Thank you very much.

I absolutely recommend fellow hobbyists to try Reef Chasers. Their service and communication was on point, letting me choose my delivery date and sending me updates once my items shipped, all the way until delivery. The packaging was some of the best I've seen with plenty of hot packs keeping my frags at a survivable temp. Each frag was individually packaged in a small container with foam around the plug stems to keep them from being damaged in shipping. Both my zoas and sps came through very healthy. There were at least 5 polyps on each Zoa plug which was a welcomed surprise, and far more than some other online competitors send. The plugs themselves were also a welcomed surprise and nothing I've seen before. Most plugs are either ceramic or a hard plastic making them almost impossible to hide in my rockwork until the coral overgrows them. These appeared to be possibly 3D printed, but most importantly able to be systematically broken down. The stem was removable as well as the main plug base, so I could glue them in my tank with only a thin top cap, making the plug very discrete . For their price, Reef Chasers can't be beat. The only small negative I have is that a few of the frags came with one or 2 undesirable hitch-hikers. Not a big deal as I always dip my new corals before tank introduction, and this eradicated all of the unwanted guests as far as I can tell. Thanks again Reef Chasers and keep it up!
