I have attempted twice now to notify you of two DOAs and I am not getting a response.

Ordering, website and prices were nice. Everything looked like it was packaged well and even threw in a freebie frag and some stickers which I really appreciated, however 6 days in now and half of the zoa frags i ordered still have yet to open and one looks like it's wasting away. That one looks like a very fresh frag ( brand new plug and fresh glue). I don't think it had enough time to heal up before it was shipped. I think that one is a goner. Hoping the other ones make it. Sent in an email regarding credit, but haven't heard back.

If there was an additional star I would give it to them. Whoever is in charge of quality control and customer fulfillment is an absolute rockstar. The meticulous packaging the attention to detail is unmatched. I had never ordered Reef Frags online before and I hit them on the cyber Monday sale my Coral pieces arrived on time in perfect shape and the process was amazing.

My package went to the wrong place. I had to travel 50 minutes to the destination and 50 minutes back. All I got was a refund for the wrong 'special' delivery. I kept telling the employees the package was sent tot he wrong destination, and they assured me it was the correct place. Not so.

Banana torch came in nicely packaged and opened up within 10 minutes of being in the tank great experience

Online order was easy and fast, order delivery was no issue. Issue I had is that two of the zoa frags were barely on the frag plug. One frag lost a few heads just from moving it into the tank, the frags were so small that it barely stuck onto the plug. There was 3 very small heads on it, now there is just one The other frag, half the zoas came off the plug, luckily I was able to grab it and just glued it onto a rock. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Great selection of zoanthids. Everything came packed perfect and frags were very healthy. Definitely worth checking in every week because they're always getting new stuff.

In Chicago and 1st time customer. Ordered about 20 frags and was blown away by the quality and the packaging. Back online less than a week later. Wasn’t sure what I would be getting but these guys killed it

I bought a blue powder tang and a lawnmower blenny. I have ordered these fish previously from another company and unfortunately it did not go well but the fish from Reef Chasers have been very active, are eating well, and really thriving in their new environment. Highly recommend purchasing fish from these guys.

From start to finish, the communication was amazing. The quality of packing and the little touches really show how much they value their customers. One of my orders was delayed by a day (completely out of their control), and they still sent me an email at 2:30 in the morning to keep me updated.
