I was very happy with my experience with reef chasers! I received some happy and healthy clowns that are readily eating! I was especially happy with the customer service I received as well. I had to delay my shipment due to an issue with my tank and the owner gladly took care of them for a little longer! It was clear that she watches the fish closely as she even gave me some pointers on how they were behaving and getting along. I look forward to ordering from reef chasers again soon!

We placed an order for corals to be shipped to PA. Because of UPS issues, the shipment didn’t arrive when scheduled. I emailed Reef Chasers to see how to proceed. They offered to send a new shipment at no charge. They were very responsive to my emails and friendly. We will absolutely use Reef Chasers again!

I had a very positive experience with Reef Chasers. I ordered a bunch of coral. The shipment arrived very fast. All coral were properly packaged for shipping such that they all arrived live and well. Everything went smoothly. Corals were well packed. I ordered 8 zoanthid frags and 7 totally opened up after few days and are thriving. One that looked newly cut with 5 polyps and glued to plug never opened up and has started to recede.

One coral arrived dead but was inexpensive so I didn’t say anything. Fish arrived in cloudy water but was alive so I thought maybe it was a type of stress coat that was added to shipping bag. After acclamation the fish died less than 12 hours after receiving it. emailed company and got no response
