Weight limit is way lower then listed. I'd say the age range for this is about 5 to 8 year old.

I am currently waiting on my part to arrive.

I was very wary of this purchase when reading the reviews. However, after speaking with Steve at length about my concerns, he quickly put my mind at ease. We received the tractor super quick. It was not assembled nor did it come with instructions. luckily I have a mechanically inclined husband that was able to put it together in a matter of 3-4 hours. So far, so good, but we will not know until after Christmas when our Grandson starts using it. I'm happy to report my experience was a pleasant one. I'll update my review should it turn out otherwise.
