I'm very sceptical since item has not arrived when scheduled and suddenly tracking for item has paused and no further updates

I am unable to remove moped from travel cage. I bought socket wrench set, none fit. What size or sizes do I need? I specifically ordered a battery charger no one informed me it wasn't coming. I'm not impressed I'm 63 and female I specifically ordered fully assembled and the charger. HELP

Shipping took a little long then expected. Arrived within 2 weeks

When we ordered replacement batteries for 2 four wheelers we did not expect literally 2 batteries when we opened up the battery holder on 4 wheeler we find it takes 3 batteries for each 4 wheeler. No where on the order form does it call for 3 batteries per 4 wheeler and since you charge from the outside of the 4 wheeler we had not idea there were 3 inside.

This company is a joke to deal with they don’t answer there, or respond you there emails, I waited 2 1/2 months for a pos broken engine that I was supposed to have in one week. Highly recommended not dealing with this company at all

I’m still waiting for my title. It has been over 2 weeks now. I can never speak to any real person. This entire process has been extremely frustrating. 😡😡😡

Had mix feelings about the purchase and thought this company was a scam. I was wrong the moped was delivered on time including and paperwork to be registered! I would pay the extra money to have it assembled like I did! Only had to install the battery and mirrors! Note- the paperwork for registration is located on the outside of the box in a plastic envelope!
