Very good until I got my bike it was not the one I ordered I got a 150cc not the 200cc I paid for

We purchased 2 scooters in June 2025. Both fully assembled and shipped to us. When they arrived, 1 would not start. After going through hoops to get what they thought was the problem, we still have not gotten the parts and here we are almost September. (Warranty expires in a few days) One still not working. When we went to register the titles, the VIN numbers were wrong, and they were not notarized. An additional 140. 00 for two scooters at $35. 00 per signature, needed 4, which had to be mailed to us from California. Most emails go unanswered and forget about the phone calls. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a local dealer.

Waiting on a reply to see if I can exchange the incorrect muffler assembly sent to me, for one that will fit my 200 trike. Patiently hoping for positive news. Until then I can only rate an Okay for trying to correct the problem.

It’s very difficult to contact them and do not supply a manual or assembly instructions. You would think they could ship copies or have a pdf online

Fast shipping but it takes time for them to get it off the shelf at the warehouse which is understandable. My only issue is showing stuff in stock online when it’s NOT in stock.
